Yes that is true. However are there any other vendors that will replace the battery if it goes bad with no questions asked? I had one go bad and when I placed and order for some liquid I noted it in the comments section. Not only did he send me a new battery, he also sent me a manual passthrough and a car charger...all free of charge.

Yeah but those aren't as good as Steve's. He makes special modifications to his brand, and I've heard that his batteries and cartomizers beat all others. It's a hard choice, best customer service and product, but disliking the look of it. A solid black battery would be choice.

What are these mods? what are your credentials to make such a factual statement?

Yes you can say Steve's customors service is A+ out of your experience
Yes you can say Steve's cartomizers have great flavors/vapor since it's the juice that is a big determining factor on that....
but really, do YOU really know.

ANYBODY in fact making a claim with no experience or open trial of various products to make a claim for a new person with NO experience to read and take that comment as rule.

Unless someone has their own factory and does his own products or has some kind of licence agreement for the manufacturer to only make that special product for them.. Nothing is really special... if any business can buy from the same factory.

I am not being a basher, but people need to get there facts before passing around second hand trash and passing it off as gold.

YES their is NO Doubt the STEVE PROVIDES a Service that makes them SMILE, but really people think before posting unless you just a wanna be FAN BOY/Girl....

Sorry Steve, I am not trying to hurt your business,,, I do have some loyalty it just gets embarrassing sometimes how comments can cheapen a good product... you don't have to add feathers to a bird to make him fly.

For one thing, at this time V4L is the only vendor that provides the choice between auto and manual batteries for the KR808D. I haven't looked in the last day or so, and I know one vendor is getting them in eventually, but for me that is huge and speaks volumes on how Steve stays ahead of the game. Also - the extra long manual battery? That beast is pretty awesome and again, is not offered anywhere else that I have seen anyway. Again, Steve stays ahead of the game. Add that to his customer service and there you have it. I myself would even vape it if it had Bloopers face all over it! (Kidding Bloop! :p)

But seriously, for some this is a factor in determining their choice. Maybe Steve could add a plainer black and white option - he is very open to suggestions so give him a call...

I agree about the logos as well, not my bag. I would also like to know how they are better? All I see on this Vapor4life forum is that the batteries are better, the cartomizers are better. How are they better? All I have heard is claims. I want evidence. Also, I read that the new longer and regular manual batteries have a cutoff??? What's the point of having a manual. I am not bashing Steve in any way either. I have been considering the VK. I just don't like to look.

For one thing, as mentioned before, I don't believe that you can get manual batteries for the KD808D anywhere else, so that is better. And the extra long manual is killer! And same thing, I have never seen it anywhere else so that is better. Choice is always good, and after using the manual batteries I could never go back to auto again. And yes, there is a 5 sec cut off. It doesn't bother my draw, but he should be getting in the manuals soon with the 10 second cut off. That is the thing, in the short time I have been here, the VK from V4L has just kept getting better - not staying the same, but better. More choices, more flavors, more everything. ;) But this is just my opinion sprinkled in with some facts... I don't expect everyone to agree, but for me V4L is it.

I understand that for some people, seeing is believing. I will do my best to try to help bring you into the light:

This picture below shows an original auto VK battery on the right and a newer manual VK battery on the left.

The slot is no longer there on the new manual batteries and I am pretty sure that the new auto batteries that Steve is waiting on has the exact same design as the manual batteries on the left. Though I do not have any other KR808D-1 batteries to compare against, I am willing to bet that every single one of the generic KR808D-1 batteries on the market have the slot like the VK battery on the right.

How does it make the VK better you ask? The lack of the slot results in a slightly decreased airflow, which in turn results in a draw that is more like an analog with much better vapor production.

So what does it all mean? It means that Steve and the Crew over at V4L are working very hard to make sure that their product is the best it possibly can be. Hell, they already have everyone else on the planet beat when it comes to customer service.

As far as the cutoff. All of the batteries currently have a cutoff, but the manual PT does not. Steve has actually said himself that he is working on getting the cutoff eliminated on all of the batteries because "anyone should be able to take as long of a drag as they want" or something to that extent. Steve actually said something like that in a previous post, I'm just too lazy to dig for it:p

Are you trying to help or not.... I am sorry for jumping in here again...

I am sorry for jumping in on this subforum with a "negative" attitude, and it's not that I have any bad words for V4L product or staff...it is a good product. I just can't tolerate misinformation...people do not realize how statements stick to people seeking info...no matter if its fact or not....

I am not going to go back and forth....DO the research PLEASE

The slot is no longer there on the new manual batteriesnot kr808d-1 model and I am pretty sure that the new auto batteries that Steve is waiting on has the exact same design as the manual batteries on the left no slot on kr808D type batteries not a new thing. Though I do not have any other KR808D-1 batteries to compare against, I am willing to bet that every single one of the generic KR808D-1 batteries on the market have the slot like the VK battery on the rightThat is most likely true unless older no slot ones available.

How does it make the VK better you ask? The lack of the slot results in a slightly decreased airflow, which in turn results in a draw that is more like an analog with much better vapor productiondoes that mean slotted batts have less vapor than no slots and if so what about the vapor claims of the auto batts before about vapor production..

So what does it all mean? It means that Steve and the Crew over at V4L are working very hard to make sure that their product is the best it possibly can be. Hell, they already have everyone else on the planet beat when it comes to customer service.

I just hope people do more research first instead of gathering information from uninformed fans of a product......

I am not trying to convince anyone from purchasing the vapor king from Vapor 4 Life it is a great model... Just want you to purchase the product with out any misguidance.

I am not claiming to be an expert, but at the same time I ask others not to claim to be either.
Give your opinion... state the facts that you KNOW and understand the responsibility that one has when supporting a product... and please take the blinders off.

Valid points, all of them.

Fact: The VK is the only E-CIG I have tried that has gotten me, quite a heavy smoker, off analogs.

Not the 510, not the M401, not the Blu, not the sideshow, not the USB MINI....the VK is the only one that worked. I pay little attention to any claims people make about technology, and others can say whatever they want to say.

This is all the proof I need that the VK works better than other models. As for other 2 piece cartomizers and whether or not they are "better"....when you take into account the service, the amount of freebies you get per order, and speed of shipment? I ask others for proof as to why the VK ISN'T a better product.

HeHe... just because i create drama...doesn't mean I enjoy it....

i would leave drama to the waste side if the posts were like the one I quoted here.

I would have to say that would have modivated me to buy a VK if I wasn't already a VK owner :D
