Hello all I have been net surfing, originally looking for an ultrasonic based device to mod into an e-cigarette...

Anyway I stumbled on this little smoke ring toy from Zero Toys. It's not ultrasonic.

NEW MINI Blaster: Zero Toys Online Store

I am just a little bit excited because:

1. It runs on 3AAA batteries or in other words would be compatible with regular 3.6v e-cigarette batteries

2. It is small so hopefully the atomizer is tiny too and could be moded into an existing atomizer case (801) or a simple case made for it.

3. It runs on a liquid made from water, Vegetable Glycerin and PG!!! sound familiar?

4. They are CHEAP!!

They are available in Australia so I am going to get one and pull it apart. The 64K question is: Will the atomizer in this thing outperform existing e-cigarette atomizers? Only one way to find out!

P.S. I am hopeless at searching these forums so If someone has already investigated please don't get testy with me

The Wizard Stick on that site almost looks like a big Persoanl Vaporizer! It even has a straw attachment that you can buy for it. With the amount of vapor it puts out, it looks like it would put all of our gear to shame! I just wonder if our e-liquid will actually work in it. I don't see why not. I might get me one.

Well reading some older posts someone got the one that looked like a .... and said the vapor was very hot and it spits and splatters it everywhere. If we could find the right frequency for the juice we use (this isnt a standard hot coil atomizer) it could work but right now from what Ive heard what vapor you get is quite hot and unenjoyable and the rest splatters everywhere if anything at all.

I read the FAQ carefully and these devices use a liquid which is very similar to our stuff. Water, VG and PG in it! actually says so!

Also the atomizers use a heating coil!

I really wanted the vapour fountain but alas I can't find it locally in OZ :(

Please do get one and report back. I reckon you could simply put e-juice in straight away and then wrap your lips around the nozzle...

It looks like a sure way to a BAD headache LOL. surely an at home, morning vape kind of thing but man it looks MEAN!!

If you were to get the one with the straw adapter/extension, it would probably cut down on any sputtering liquid. That Wizard Stick would probably go through a lot of liquid, though.

It's the nic that costs. High profits on the low and especially zero nic juices.

Even $4 for 3oz is a bit expensive.

Tme to ditch the tiny tube designed to look like a cig and make something that really satisfies. I wrote more in the nearby piezo thread.

OK fine i want mine to look like sponge bob:D

I purchased one of their smoke ring guns several years ago, but forgot all about it. I'll dig through the kids toys tomorrow and see if I can find it. If I can find it, and the kids did not break it yet, I'll see if it works with eliquid. I have been tempted to try the fog machine we use at halloween, but I never wanted to waste so much eliquid.
