A summer reminder for those in the south

Don't forget to check your shoes before putting them on in Florida too.
I found a scorpion in my shoe last week. Thankfully my dad always told me to check my shoes, and it became habit.

y'know, i've NEVER seen a scorpion down here, seen them in other states, but never here. it's weird

They are little brown ones. We live in the boonies, so we see a lot of them.
