I just realized that I was sitting in my man-cave, a new member of this fine group of folks, and had my PV in my left hand, and my right hand on the mouse...reading through all the posts. It wasn't until I actually went to take a draw off of the PV, and thought about it, I realized that I haven't smoked in five days. For a guy that has smoked for more years than most of the people on this forum have been alive, that's pretty darn amazing. I've got a bunch of friends that would have bet you all they had that I would never give up the smokes. Hell, I didn't think I would either.

What's really cool is that I did it without any problems. NOT ONE. There are nothing but advantages. Already: Food tastes better (like I need another reason to eat) the air smells better, my clothes smell better, I don't have to go out and brave the elements (unless I choose to do so), I can puff away with my PV in public, I can keep several carts with me that have different flavors in them, I'm saving money, I can just keep going on and on about it. A true zealot, I am. Lol

For anyone out there that's not sure if vaping can work for you because you're a die-hard smoker..think again. If it can work for me, it can work for anyone. Read through this forum and ask questions, ask around, find a friend that vapes. There's no reason NOT to make the change.

I do have one regret. I wish I had tried vaping sooner.

I totally identify with what you're saying, skittlepimp! I have turned into a bit of an evangelist for vaping and love any opportunity to tell people how great it is. I had thought that I'd never be able to give up smoking and become one of those oldsters who walks around with an oxygen tank and a pack of cigarettes. So happy to have found something that worked and wasn't painful!
