A "TRUE" 3.7v ??

Okay. I've been searching and buying and asking and searching for a true 3.7v PV. I currently own the eGo and the Spade which I've been led to believe are not "true" 3.7v devices. So now I'm looking at the the Protege, BB, Thermo and Janty Stick. Can someone advise me which ones (if any) are really 3.7v?
