A Vape~A~Licious Contest

Well I already told my "quit" story...so here is my convert story.

I work from home and every couple of months the managers bring us all in for a meeting so we don't forget that we work with other people (LOL). During a break I went outside with the smokers and pulled out my 510. I got a lot of questions and couldn't give more positive information if I had been selling the thing myself.

A few days later I got an IM from one of my friends that had been quietly listening to all the conversations about the ecig but had not participated in the discussion. He asked a few questions and it turns out he was trying to convert his dad for a while but never knew anyone that had actually used it and liked it. I gave him the links to some of the videos that I found (Mistress Nomads newbie videos specifically) and to ECF.

Two weeks later my friend IM'd me to say his dad had ordered one of the starter kits and he was mildly optimistic that he was going to like it. I told him about the juices and money savings in refilling his own cartos and at the next meeting I gave him a bagful of sample juices I had gotten that weren't my cup of tea. Later that week he said his dad just called him and told him to tell me THANK YOU! He was puffing on a Caramel Cap juice and liked it better than the tobacco flavors...he was hooked.

He was using the ecig while slowly reducing the number of analogs he was smoking and was on his last pack of cigarettes. And he wasn't planning to buy any more analogs. He couldn't believe his dad had actually quit after all these years and thanks me every day.

Now I have to work on my Father-in-Law

I mentioned I believe that my husband had spoken to my Mother-in-Law last week and mentioned I was now using e-cigs. He let her know that I wanted him to bring them to her attention because his mom is older and as of now, she's not seen her newest grandbaby. We want her around for as long as possible and the intention is for them to come here this year or us to go there. I'd hate for our visit there to be under dire circumstances. Anyway, she was very interested and asked us to compile links. My beloved set about doing just that. Finding information in their native Finnish and links to shops in the UK and EU that would possibly be easier to get items through customs. The next day, she sends an email letting us know she has found a place in Estonia to buy them. Again we cautioned her about buying things that looked like an analog (Njoy and the like). She called us Sunday and they left on a ship Monday for Estonia. Now we're playing the waiting game for them to get back to let us know if she found what we'd suggested. If not, she'll order online. I'll be sending her some juice from my stash, to see if we can get it through to her.

The next target will be my Father-in-Law who's in Northern Finland. In the last 8 months his health has deteriorated rapidly. Diabetes that's out of control, he had a stroke just before the holidays and he struggles with alcohol addiction. If we can get him off the smokes it would do him a world of good, IMHO!

wow Ill keep my fingers crossed that all get through customs safely!! As for you dear FL I know it is never easy to watch the people you love and care about hurting them selves especially when they are already in not so great of health. I hope that he is able to get an ecig in his hands very soon!!

Ok....another post. So turned someone else onto vaping. Going to give them the ego kit I just one since I don't really need it. This time, it's my voice teacher. His husband his a heavy smoker and has said he wants to quit, but enjoys smoking, so this is a good alternative! Going to hook them up this Saturday and go over everything. Keeping my fingers crossed

So, so something new I have tired....tanks. As in storm tanks. I love this babies. Holds lots of juice, to the point where I almost get sick of the flavor and have to empty what's left back into the bottle and switch. These babies last me a looong time. Going to try making my own, and get some cheap syringes. Got lots of blank ce2s. Sooo we will see how it goes!

Hmmmm....what else can I post? Using up my entries lol oh yea,got my first mod the other day, bought a pifers pearl. Super excited to get it. Will be my first dive into mods, excluding my tanks. Curious how batteries compare to just pv batteries, as well as my first try with true 5v vaping. I have a 5v pt, but it's finiky. I can only use it with my laptop, and then I'm afraid of blowing out my only usb port. I do have to say, my next big buy I think will be the vppt, fro vaprlife...the super nice one. Looks soo fun

Oooh another story. So, I have tried a lot of juices in my 2 months of vaping. Lots of vendors and lots of flavors. I have to agree with D on this, candy's are the best. I keep coming back to them...probably why I have placed at least half a dozen orders in the past few weeks. I have also shared a lot of them with friends in town who vape, and they also love them...right now I'm vaping the banana nut bread, I can't get over how good it tastes. I can't get enough of these, and I've been turned off of a lot of other vendors. They aren't bad, do t get me wrong, they just don't have the complexity that hers do. There are flavor over flavor over flavor, which is rare. And they produce the largest amount of vapor, im surprised that they aren't all vg. Keep it up girl, I'm going to be coming to you for a loooong time . Hopefully I'll get to meet you one of these days. You arer the best vendor I've ever had contact with. You go above and beyond, and your prices are super fair. You are the best. <3 you.

My personal recommendation for mods would have to be a buzz hands down. I love it the hubby wants the new vvpv from notcigs that will be released soon. Once you go 5v you'll be broken lol

I had a friend who started vaping. Then he got another friend to start vaping. Then after getting a bad cough and having trouble breathing well I decided to quit cold turkey. My cough got better...then I started smoking again

Wife got really tired of kissing me when I had smokers breath. My hands, hair and clothing smelled like smoke. When he son gave up smoking she talked me into vaping. I am glad that I started. Vaping tastes a lot better than smoking and it is a hell of a lot cheaper

I only sell Juice I myself would vape and I treat customers better than I would want to be treated. I was once on the other side and experienced both good and crummy service.

We have a convert. M-i-L called this morning and she picked up a Janty eGo-T in Estonia. She also picked up a bottle of juice...20ml for $24, can we say ouch? I'll be putting a care package together for her next week and mailing it off. Considering she could've gotten enough juice for that to last her an entire month from Candy...Yeah I'll be doing her orders from now on (once we confirm we can get it to her).
