Are these type of mods made for dripping, or can you use a tank on them?

Chris, A REO applies fresh squozen juice on demand to your Rebuildable Atty, factory atty or carto just by pressing (squonking) the onboard juice bottle. It's dripping, only better because there's no mess - the juice comes up thru the 510 connector into the atty whenever you squonk.

It's called a bottom feeder :).

Here's a vid I made on them that explains how they work.

There is an on board juice bottle that feeds juice up through the 510 connector to you atomizer, cartomizer or rebuildable atomizer. Thus why they are called bottom feed. You apply pressure to the bottle and juice is pushed up, when you release pressure excess juice gets sucked back into the bottle. You have the great flavor of dripping, the convenience of a large tanks without the hassles of either.
