Just ordered my Billion Lives cap! A Billion Lives

Would love to be there for the movie, gonna try to make it happen!

vaping is very close to my heart. I'm a recent cancer survivor, vaping saved my life! Throat cancer, I got lucky, caught it early and beat it with radiation treatments. I smoked for forty years, quit numerous times only to fall back to smoking. I feared the last four years of vaping had caused the cancer. I was seen by two oncologist, one a teaching doctor at the Syracuse Upstate Medical University here in NY. Both of them told me vaping did not cause the cancer, it was the years of smoking. Both of them told me I could keep on vaping and I did, I vaped on the way to my treatments and as soon as I got back to my car. My checkup after the treatments showed the cancer is gone, I still vape and will continue to do so, vaping saved my life! I will never smoke again!

@SlickWilly , congratulations on being cancer free!

The premiere of the movie is so exciting! It's happening! Ya hoooo!

Thank you, I feel very lucky and there is a lot of guilt that goes with the happiness. Looking in the eyes of other cancer patients and the loved ones who were with them in the waiting room at the treatment center was sobering. It took me back to the days I took my father to his cancer treatments, not that long ago. I remembered the first time I walked into the waiting room with him, a hit of reality came over me and I felt, not faint, but very surreal, shocked. And now I was there for my treatments. I was with him and Mom the day the doctor told him he had cancer and less then a year, I was with him every day until he passed. I helped him get his things in order, I was proud to be his son and proud to be there for him. No regrets and nothing was left unsaid, in that regard I was lucky and blessed to be given the time to say those things so many don't get the chance too.

Yeah I'm lucky, but why me? Why couldn't my father have gotten a break? What about all those other people I looked at in that waiting room, some so very sick and knowing all they had was hope of a miracle or just a little more time.

And here we have vaping, a true miracle and greedy people who would take it away, they will let BILLION'S die for a grab of cash and power. How damn evil is that? What shocks me is the ho-hum attitude from fellow vaper's. I'd think this thread would be one of the top ten. Maybe if more people had cancer touch their families they'd realize just how important this movie is, it's about getting the TRUTH out and exposing those who are willing to let people die so they can line their pockets.

God Bless you Aaron and Thank You.

I am happy to hear you are cancer free! This documentary is so important. My husband, like you, had throat cancer. He had his epiglottis removed and multiple lymph nodes. This will be his 4th year cancer free. We, like you, lived in an emotional fog for a year. He continued to smoke for a year after his surgery. Nothing used to quit smoking was working. He came home with an ego twist and the rest is history. We both quit January 1st, 2014. This film is so important. For some of us hard core smokers vaping was the only option. I continue to research vaping for any link, he contiues to see his ENT. Over the years I have noticed a more positive attitude and scientific proof that vaping is indeed a tool to quit inhaling burning tobacco. Maybe this film will open some eyes. Our best to you and your family. By the way his symptoms? Ear pain and a grape that felt it was scraping when he tried to swallow.

Maybe the good things that will come out of this are the true facts about vaping. Former smokers who vape know the truth and the truth has been accepted by the British medical community. Apparently, there's a strong tobacco lobby that's pushing government in the U.S.A. to sway the rules in favor of big tobacco lobbyists who want the entire industry for themselves (since they can't compete with mainstream vaping's reasonable costs and wide variety of choices).

Don't think for a minute Big Phara does not have a hand in it. They make money on their mostly useless NRTs, drugs, and not to mention the drugs to treat the smokers illnesses.
Big Pharma has been behind the anti-vaping crusade from the start.
But things really got rolling when the government started noticing the lost tax money.

Big Tobacco is mostly just along for the ride on this one.
Although that's not to say they don't have a hand in there too.

Yep, it's more about money than public health. Big Pharma, and states stand to lose large amounts of money if vaping isn't demonized and regulated to death. Big Tobacco wants to have a monopoly because of sagging sales of combustible tobacco.

They are well aware that it's mostly smokers that are using e-cigs to quit smoking.

In a way, all the testimonials sent to various representatives, have backfired on us.

The only representatives who twist or ignore our stories are those that are either ignorant of the true facts or they are cold hearted evil crooked .......s, there is no grey area here.

Don't think for a minute Big Phara does not have a hand in it. They make money on their mostly useless NRTs, drugs, and not to mention the drugs to treat the smokers illnesses.

Pharma solutions are about using nic products like gum and sprays to wean off nicotine forever. The problem is that those products have something like a 6% quit rate as opposed to vaping being a change that allows us to continue the actions of smoking without the dangerous by products.

Few of us really want to quit vaping. We just want to lose the burning tobacco and enjoy the actions of smoking without the huge health risk.

One review I read on the Vuse says that you get a rechargeable ecig with 1 cartridge for $12. Replacement cartridges are 2 for $8. A cartridge is advertised to be equal to the puffs from a pack of cigarettes. For $12 I can buy 50ml of juice that will last me about 5 days under 10 watt power.

Free market ecig products are a real threat to Big Pharma and Big Tobacco. Naturally, they want it all gone to clear the market for their product.

Of course, we all knew that. Those facts just need to appear in the media to tell the story of why the big guys can't compete. We are driving down their profits.

For $12 I can buy 50ml of juice that will last me about 5 days under 10 watt power.
for 12.00 I can make 400 mls of juice.

Like this guy?

Yeah, like that guy. Thanks for posting that video, let me bring to your attention, this was video capture from the "nonpartisan" C-Span, ever listen to the "call in" comments during voting?. Also note on the billboard he shows with the evil info about e-cigs, (god I hate that term, please call it vaping!) that billboard is a screen shot from........ NPR, yet another "nonpartisan" media outlet who is also as left leaning as you can get.

Funny they like to talk about fruit and candy flavors as being a market target to "the children" as if once your an adult you no longer like fruit or sweets. Google or stroll the isle at the drug store where they sell the nic lozenges, they are all fruit and candy flavor, made and sold by, big pharma and approved by.... the FDA.

If they want to protect the children, then they should listen to this FACT (the video below is set to start at 1:43) The truth is coming! Spread the word!

I guess they've been marketing alcohol to kids for decades.

I love apple, cherry and pumpkin pie. My ADV is Apple Pie a la Mode. I have some Vanilla Cupcake that's good too. I guess I'm a kid even though I'm getting close to retirement age.
