LODZIN>>>The whole forum was deleted by me..Guess why??

FYI

I was a member of this forum when it had 3 or 400 members.. Nearly 3 years ago. It has evolved and not IMO in a good way. Yes it can help drive trade but it can also seriously destroy trade, i have no control to moderate persistent posters that have an axe to grind (90% of the time maliciously)... 18 months ago i did the same and basically gave notice i was leaving, similar situation, unfounded gossip, perpetrated by a few that was libelious and offensive.

I re-considered and stayed.. This weeks shennanigans have made me just want to walk from here. We are extremely busy, we i believe service our customers very well. Not perfectly but we definetely try our best. I am not prepared to let my business be demeaned in the manner it has been on ECF again..

Don't let a guy who's been here since Dec 19th run you off...he's merely provoking a response...stop giving him one. You may as well quit all forums, because a jerk is a jerk, & they will follow you around.

Roadhoguk>>>.Might be best i get a member of staff to moderate the forum here..I get too involved, it becomes personal.. TW i have built from nothing, i love my business and my customers i see as part of my family.. malicious mud slinging gets right under my skin..

I saw an interview . . . about first starting off with something like 20 kits for sale? That's an impressive climb from selling a couple kits to looking at purchasing buildings for lounges. Commercial real estate isn't exactly cheap. An ECF moderator might be a good idea since this is a location. I get so stretched out in the stuff I do, it's hard to be everywhere at once. There are a lot of members at ECF . . . it just passed 50,000. (Somewhere there's a post about calling it Freaky Town, LOL.) An entire city of vapers.

As stated in a tweet . . . shorter sale and more planning. I think some people missed the bus and are upset because they couldn't see where it was heading. I've never had problems, so I can't complain . . . well I did miss the massive discounts though.

Understand that completely PB38, and the fact you have replied here with the reasons things happened (or did`nt with reference the false complaints levied) shows the rest following this topic (and there are more than few) that you do care about your Company and therefore your customers, as i said before, you will continue to get my trade and i suspect quite a few others now the facts are out :)

Freaky>>> it was a spur of the moment decision to do the Yo Yo, i had the idea and actioned it.

But after 3 weeks i am my staff were shot. Also xmas was approaching, running it for the next two days would have meant a backlog we would never have cleared before xmas...Both sites. So your right next time the yo Yo will be a 48 hour event, better planned and managed.. But it was fun and i enjoyed the songs you offered Mr Wicked on twitter..he liked them..thank you.

alot of yall are missing the big picture here..........look at how this supplier is behaving. pillbox has been very unprofessional and hateful and insulting toward lodzin and rosco. even said that lodzin CANNOT order TW products (referring to the comment about the "tank").
that is what bothers me the most.
also, the lack of sensitivity towards a deployed armed forced member REALLY put me off.
i dont know about yall, but where i am come from, folks are very patriotic and companies that dont treat our service members well or treat them unfairly are actually put on "banned" lists by the military.
i would like to know, ok, even those of yall who are happy with TW products, are yall NOT bothered at all by pillbox's behavior on this thread?
i cant even imagine some of my suppliers behaving this way on an open public forum.

pillbox, this, i believe, is the main problem. if you have a forum you need to have someone from the company, or yourself, on to participate. lots of things can be straightened out if they are caught early.

I was in the armed sevices myself, my brother just left the Royal Navy after 27 years, TWUSA has so far given $7000.00 to the wounded warrior Project.. So possibly again you are wrong?? you also have not ever bought from me, but you have posted criticism all over numerous threads and pretty damning opinions about myself and my business at that.. why would you do that?

God bless you for your donation to the Wounded Warrior Project. That is commendable. I guess my heart just went out to Rosco because of what happened when he tried to place an order during leave. If I were a company, I would have just donated a bunch of juice shipped to their AFO/FBO because that would have made my company look good, made my company look like they "care". I mean, think about how many companies have done that for our troops? You know what happens? Folks look at those companies with more respect and admiration and end up buying more from them! You can win new customers that way.
*and what i meant by other companies i am not necessarily referring to ejuice/ecig companies, but all kinds of businesses

Thats true, and why I suggest he have someone else do the moderating. He isnt helping his company by getting upset. Its hurting him much more than helping when he posts when he is angry.

This is very true and i will get this organised, our resources are spread thin at the moment and other than myself when i get time ECF gets ignored till an issue is highlighted..Not good i know.. But i will sort it..

You have any more time? LOL

I agree, it's hard to separate when you get emotional over posts. I've had to step away from a few threads because they just started going haywire. It would be beneficial to have somebody here to keep a watchful eye.

Anybody who feels that the "customer is always right" has never worked retail and/or has dealt with business clients. There are some extremely slimy characters out there using that old adage to get what they want, when they want it, how they want it, where ever they want it. My supervisor has given me the power to tell clients to go to hell... but I MUST do it politely and make them feel good about going there. He knows the personalities that lurk behind the extended hands, palms up.

that is awesome...
i still think that it would be a nice show of "good will" to send Rosco a nice selection of juices to Khandahar, as a good will gesture.

I believe the customer is always right. But the saying has been perverted. The other side of the balance holds the phrase "we reserve the right to refuse service". Without the two in balance, there isn't a good business.

I've told a customer off, but not quietly. At a store that I managed, a customer was complaining and upsetting the other customers. He was a regular, always complained, but never bought anything. He wanted us to carry different merchandise at lower prices. One day he was going off, and all the other customers had that "what the . . . " look on their faces, I walked over to him and told him that we simply did not have what he was looking for, so he should just leave and never come back. He kept arguing as I escorted him out the door. When I got back in, all of the other customers were applauding me. Felt so freakin' good!

The customer is right, so much as they pay the wages of the employees, the mortgage on the building, etc, and are the boss. I mean, there wouldn't be a business if there was nobody to sell to. But, the business has authority over who the clientele is. You can't buy something if nobody is selling it, so customers need to find the appropriate business for their shopping needs. Too many businesses, today, bend over and cater to every little whim of the minority, often to the harm of the majority. I still miss the beef flavoring in McDonald's french fries! They'll never be the same again.

The big picture here is that you are not and have never been a customer of TW yet you seem to have some sort of juvenile and simple-minded vendetta against the company. As far as I'm concerned your credibility is shot. Bringing in the emotional 'armed forces' argument shows that you have nothing of value to contribute. You really should step back and take an objective look at YOUR behavior. You even started a thread in the 'General E-Liquid Discussion' sub-forum dedicated to trashing TW - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...iscussion/148774-interesting-observation.html. And now that a bunch of satisfied customers show up voicing their support you appear to be flabbergasted that we're not as upset as you. Well here's a hint - some of us don't center our lives around some silly internet forum. By the way, 'yall' is not a word - it makes you look uneducated.

bless your heart......you seem to have a lot of anger. no, i have not ever been a customer but that is what ECF is for, to get to know the world of ecigs and suppliers and know your options. i dont know about you, but i like to get to KNOW what kind of company i am dealing with before ordering. no vendetta here. no juvenile behavior. not worried about my credibility-people can make their own judgements and have their own opinions. and the beauty of casual forums, is that we are not in English class, we are not here writing a thesis for our Masters, so no worries about using vernacular words....i am educated, a college graduate, and a professional but dont feel i need to prove anything to anyone....so i will continue to type as i speak..yall, fixin' to..............
p.s. wow, i wish i had time to center my life around a "silly internet forum"....i dont know about you, but i have a fulltime job!
