I just want to say abettersmoke is an awesome supplier. The customer service is great and when you buy quanity the dicount kicks in. They have been very prompt about shipping issues and gave me free stuff just for being patient
. They only sell the m401. and the starte lits are alittle pricy but for spare parts they have decent prices. I am willing to pay a few more dollars for the kind of serviice and care they provide. Btw the batteries i receved form them works just as well as puresmokers due and i dont notice much of a cuttoff either

Today I spent an hour with the Postmaster as there was apparently a huge mess up with all of our shipments that went our during the Snow storms on Monday. Nevertheless your package as well as others are missing, the post office cannot tell us where your package is because they never scanned or metered them before they forwarded them to your local post office. We are not sure if it will make it to you or be returned to us. All of our packages were apparently processed without postage by our local post office. Since the post office will insure the package on our end there are two things that could come out of this. The first is that you will receive the package as normal. The second is that it will be returned back to us for processing of postage. In lieu of the second and since you have been so patient with us we have processed a second order for the batteries and free gifts which will ship tomorrow. We are expecting the package to be returned back to us so we are going to get a head start and send you a second order today. As far as your order for the Main Wall charger and cord that package was sent on 3/4/09 and has been confirmed and en-route with no issues.
As a result of this incident with our post office we have decided to change our shipment practices that we will no longer use commercial processing by the post office and we will process all of our postage in house again until we can resolve our issues with the post office or switch to another carrier. We would like you to let us know if you do receive your first order from us so we can cancel our investigation and claim with the post office. There will be no need to return any packages to us should you receive duplicate orders.
I will be personally handling this issue until it is resolved to your satisfaction so if you have any concerns or questions please feel free to give me a call. I hope you understand I will be doing everything I can to keep on top of this issue, as well as all of our orders while protecting your interest as our customer. If the results of this transaction are not to your satisfaction I would urge you to please let me know so I can re-evaulate what-else we could do that would be reasonable in order to keep your business.
