About how often should I fill up a brand new blank and stop re-using the same ones?

this question has really been bugging me. I open a new blank and fill it up and usually just keep topping it off for a good few days. Is that too soon to be opening a new one? Or am I keeping them in too long? I ask be ause constantly ordering new blanks can be a bit of a drag. Is there any real set expiration limit for reusing blank carts?

Honestly, when I used carts all the time, I would trash em after a couple weeks. That's partly 'cuz I tend to chew mine. If you replace the filler and gently boil the shell, they could be used for a very long time.

Dont use too many cartridges any more, (drip at home and cartomizers on the go) but I stocked up BIG in the beginning when I wasn't sure what I was doing....I'll probably never buy another cartridge :)

There's no real expiration. The filler will go bad eventually, but you can rinse it out and re-use it A LOT before that happens. The carts will get loose over time, but will work indefinitely other than that. I recommend getting some other sort of filler to use instead of the stock filler (like blue foam) to make it last longer.

If you pull the filler out and it's brownish looking then rinse, dry, re-use.

I actually got a free sample from DIYflavorshack of the ue foam and had no freakin clue how to go about using it. What makes it better? Pros and cons? And how do you go about using it?

I basically do it like this except I make mine about half as long as the normal cart filler (like a plug) that way the cart is mostly filled with juice instead of stuffing. It allows me to nearly vape it till it's dry before having to re-fill, plus I find that the draw on it is easier.

I do the "auto drip mod" you know where clip a pen spring, press it, fit it, fill it, then use about 1/4 of the filler tp place over the spring. It works like incredibly well and holds a crap-ton of juice (14 drips worth in a standard 510 cart) and lasts quite a while. I had lots of spring loaded pens lying about my house and I also happen to be an electro-hobbyist, so the tools (wire cutter, and scissors) were laying out and about... I cant really say to how long the auto-drip carts last, but I basically have my eGo glued to my face and fill up after about 175-200 pulls, did I mention that its like dripping all the time
