Lavatube FTW! I'm a supporter of the famous LT and i think it should be your next consideration... Given its price it really does pack a punch ...

I'll consider that if there's a need to upgrade my PV :) Seems like anyone who start on PV eventually moved on to upgrading and getting better techs, is this a cause of worry for me cos one reason I'm switching over is the cost of analogs :/

Anyway! I should be receiving my eGo-T soon! Do I have to keep it in a case at all times or can i keep it in my pocket? I'm worried about leaking issues.

Think bout it, the long term cost of analogs vs the cost of upgrading your PV, trying out juices and replacing cartomizers.

Which one burns a larger hole in your wallet? :D

I can't get a clear answer out of this.

A PV set cost me 120 bucks, including 25ml of liquids and 2 atomizers. 25 ml of liquid is equivalent to 7 packs? *Read somewhere on ECF 3.5ml is equivalent to 1 pack* An atomizer lasts for a month average. I read comments that PV normally last for 6 months.

If I smoke 4 packs a month, that'll cost me 42 SGD on analogs. 6*42 = 252

On Pv..
Liquids = $60 (requiring additional 60ml at $1/ml)
Atomizer = $12 ($3/pc of LR carts, 2 atomizer given not counted)
Original spending = $120
Total spending = $192

$252 - $192 = $60

By using a PV, I'll get my ROI + savings of $60 in 6 months. That's provided that the cartos are not duds, batts or buttons dont burn out before that. And of course, me not upgrading my PV during this duration.

I understand that I do get LOADS of other benefits such of reduced health risk, no more worrying about smoky breaths etc.

Well I hope this eGo-T can last me for more than 6 months! :>

4 packs a mth...? Tt's really very little. U could've quit totally cos yr nic dependency is minimal. I was a pad smoker, smtimes a bit more, under times of stress.

Anyway, I haven't saved a single cent from vaping and maybe spent even more. But e advantages of vaping clearly outweighs analogues, thus I'm not complaining. Now, I can enjoy my nicotine w/o worrying tt my habit will harm others ard me!

Same here, I think ultimately I'm spending more on vaping than smoking. But it's worth the piece of mind that by vaping I'm not hurting myself or anyone around me, plus the luxury of getting my nicotine kick in an air-conditioned environment. No walking out sweating in the sun or hiding in the stairwell anymore! No smokers' smell on me too. =D

Well. 1st of all, you will never get a clear answer with vaping. There is no scientific explanation to how much you should vape, or how you can calculate. No way.

There are some people who smokes 3packs a day. And because they have the will to quit, they quit after vaping for 3 days. And there are some who are like me, 1 pack per day smoker, who broke even after a few months.

The point is: When you start vaping, you must not use the "compare it to smoking a cigarette" theory. It's wrong.

If you read up more, there are people who survived on 10ml per week. Really light vaper.

The theory with vaping is: Make sure to just phase yourself. Don't chain vape like a dragon!! With a stick of cigarette, you die die have to finish it. With vaping, I can take 5 toots of 12mg liquid and that's it!

With that being said, with a little TLC, your Ego-T is gonna last you long. ;)

My fren can just vape 5ml/week. He was nearly a pack/day analog smoker back then. I vape about 12ml/week thou..Both on 11mg/ml concentration.

A eGo-T kit can satisfy many..Make sure u quit ecf after u get it..The poison here is deeper..I was on a eGo-T kit for 1 year before i jump to a LT and right now on a ProVari with DCT Tank combo..With gd maintenance, the atomizer of the eGo-T can last you more than 1 year. Infact i rotate between 2 and it's still working properly until now even after i sold it to my friend.

I think it's quite normal to go the extreme stage when you 1st start out, like 5 ~ 10ml per day. As you learn to phase yourself more, you will realise that you don't depend on vaping as much. Maybe just slowly... slowly...... slowly......... cut down... Take me for example: I used to vape anywhere between 5 to 7ml per day (12mg nic). Now I'm on 8ml per week (6mg nic).

Now, the most important question:

Did you break out in cold sweat, and became incoherent after vaping?

If you did, then you did OD'ed. If you didn't, well.........

Don't try.

What is OD? Over-dosage?

Anyway, do you guys know any who left nicotine completely through the help of e-cig or PV? Right know I'm thinking PV and e-cig is more of a replacement method for nicotine, and not a way to quit. Is that true?

Anyway you guys are right, the other benefits really do add up on the reason to get a PV.

That is half correct. It is a substitute for cigarettes and nicotine. And I've personally heard of instances of people giving up on vaping altogether. 1st of all, you must have the will to stop smoking altogether. That is already a 50% factor. The other 50% is divided on into 2 parts. 25% weapon of choice, 25% reason. If you fulfil this criteria on yourself, is already 80% of battle won. The other 20% is purely on your will.

Anyway, the abovementioned statistics is purely bullcrap and nonexistent. But you know what I mean.
