how long cartridges last in equivalency to cigarettes?

batteries run about 70-80 5-second puffs, and a cartridge around 150. Cigarette equivalent is hard to figure out, since I don't vape in the same way for the same units of time I would smoke a real cigarette. But it's gotta be at least a pack's worth. During my puff tests I do the equivalent of chain smoking, and can run through one in 4-5 hours, but in regular use they lasted me at least 9-12 hours.

OTOH, if you just look at nicotine, a cartridge holds 4, 6, or 8mg, so that would be 4-8 regular cigarettes worth of nicotine.
