My eyesight isn't great but it looks like the cap that goes on the top of the carto. Most use a drip tip to replace it. So if you use a drip tip, you can toss it unless you want to use it for something else.

Get a couple of ego twists and a simple juice delivery system. I went with kanger t3's and vivi novas. I prefer the t3 for ease of use and I was happy for quite a while. Want to try new juice just drain old juice, rings with hit water, refill and vape. Every 2-3 tanks just soak the atomizer head in vokda overnight and your good to go.
