I have a pair of Evod's but have only gone as low as a 50/50 mix. I'm going to try a 100% VG and see how they do. I gotta say, so far the little Evod's are nice, with no leakage and only a little gurgle once in a blue moon. I have a nautilus mini and MVP2 coming and is "out for delivery" for today. I can't wait to see how that combo stacks up to the Evod's. I've been a vaper for 2 weeks so I'm a newbie.
good choice! the evod is decent for that style.. but the MVP / mini Nautilus will really wet your whistle... I have other allegedly higher end tanks etc.. but I still use my Nautilus daily.. can't beat the simplicity and no fuss hassles of it.. the new BVC coils that come with the mini, can go in the older, bigger Nautilus, and they just work well. The other key.. is better power.. that makes a big difference too... dont have a MVP, but most of my friends have had them and all loved them...

Vaping on the MVP and Nautilus mini right now. I have a 70/30 18mg juice at 8 watts and 2nd smallest vent hole; not bad.

I ran out to our local vape shop and got a mix of 30/70 12mg juice and it is much smoother on the throat. Not sure if it's the nicotine reduction or the new ratio of PG/VG. I am slowly moving in on the perfect vape.

BTW... Evod tanks work GREAT on the MVP2 with a good airflow. I think I'll stock up on a few of those for different juices that I'm trying.

So, this has a learning curve to it and is fun. Hope the FDA does not spoil the party.

I got a 50/50 with 12 mg, but both are too much, so I brought it back to the store and they cut it down with vg for me and said I was probably intolerant. It's now probably close to 70vg/30pg and 6 mn nic. It's much better, but still irritates my throat and lungs. It's tolerable though until I can get other juices.

I'm using an iclear 16 clearomizer and I hate it. It only produces good flavor right before it gives off a nasty burnt taste. I only get through about a tank and a half before I have to replace the coils, no matter how slow I draw. The vapor is too hot and leaks all the time. I lose about half the juice every tank. The only reason I haven't switched back to cancer sticks is that I have no money.

Before I give up, I'm thinking about getting a kanger evod clearomizer. Any thoughts?? Also, what kind of juice should I get that doesn't burn and sting? Should I just get 0 nic and use patches? I like the way the juice taste in the store, but then I buy them and can't even use them cause I choke and cough till I throw up. HELP!!

try an aspire nautilus tank, trust me, youll love it. itll last a month of pure flavor before you have to change the atomizer. there are five-packs of replacements for sale at about 10 bucks. all you have to do is unscrew the old one, and screw in the new one.
the juice stings either because the nic is too high or you have a PG sensitivity. try a pure VG juice

Hey guy you don't need to give up, there are enough folks on here to help you out. Until you can get a different tank one thing I found out that works if you are getting dry hits is to take 2-3 hits without using the power button this will ensure your wick is saturated. also try shorter draws at first and drink lots of water or fluids. Once you get settled down on your vaping you can look into DIY your own e-juice this will save you lots of money and you can tailor your e-juice to your own likings. As for set ups each person has his own like mine is a Kanger T3S tank and a vision spinner variable battery then my second set up is a Kanger T3S tank on a MVP 2.0 variable mod. You need to realize at one time we were all new to this and frustrated the same as you.I smoked for 48 years 1-3 PAD and if an old fart like me can figure this out I know a young man like you can to.
