Just wanted to address some speculation about topVapor e-lquids that we've seen in other threads and explain a little bit of the history about TopVapor e-liquid since it's never really been mentioned before..
When I first started vaping I couldn't taste crap.. I needed and wanted strong flavors, stuff that I could taste but after vaping for a while, my taste and smell returned and I found most of the e-liquid flavors were too strong and some had an aftertaste that would stick around for a while.
Chef Scott and I were determined to try and find flavors that were smooth, flavorful and not overpowering on the taste buds. We started experimenting with flavors and came across an alcohol based flavor company that provided a nice variety of flavors that were smooth, flavorful and not too strong.. We started buying more of these flavors, mostly for our personal use, but started to give out samples with some of our kits and people really enjoyed them and wanted to order them and TopVapor was born
When we first started making e-liquid, we used to bottle in advance, making maybe 300 or 400 bottles of 2 or 3 flavors per batch, but only in 2 nic levels, 0 and 24.. We always struggled to have what people wanted and some of our pre-bottled e-liquid would have a bit of time to age before it was sold.. Aging definitely does change the flavor.
The leap forward:
In July of 2010 we decided to bottle on demand by making bulk batches of 0 nic liquid and bottling, adding nic and labeling on the fly. This worked out great and allowed us to fill a lot of gaps with people's nic preferences. A side effect of the new process was that the aging process that used to occur was cut down from maybe a week or more to just a few minutes
Our ingredients have never changed as we've always purchased the same organic natural flavors, the same USP grade VG and the same USP grade PG from the same manufacturers. Our recipes always stay the same and we never skimp on flavors or quality of ingredients as we're just not that kind of company.
We've recently invested over $20k to update our e-liquid facility with all stainless steel surfaces and new sanitation equipment to ensure that the product is well made and sanitary.
With all that said, the perception of some is that since our e-liquid is reasonably priced that it must be an inferior product compared to the more expensive alternatives. The truth: we buy everything in bulk and we pass the savings along
99% of our reviews are positive but we do understand that personal tastes vary and not everyone will like all or any of our flavors and that's okay. Our return policy is industry standard and clearly stated on our website, e-liquid returns/refunds are not accepted.
thanks, hoog
