I got a free liquid. It was easy to work out which one it was.. I tried it!

But some find it easier to guess a flavour than others. My taste buds are still a bit whacked from 20 years on the analogues, only packed them in on 1st October.

I too am having a mare with the ukecigstore, they emailed me a few days ago to say that the charger i ordered isnt avaliable and what do i want to do, have a replacement one (different model) or wait until its in stock, emailed them back ten minutes later and still no reply.

My £145 order still hasn't arrived, tried calling no answer, no replies back to emails for a few days. I actually spoke to them about 4 days ago on the phone the day after i placed my order to change the delivery type as I wanted for the next day which they emailed me to say they had (Royal Mail Special Delivery) but this was obviously not the case and 3 days later I am still without my order.

I'm now in a situation where I have to head back home without my order, then get my parents to post my order down to me when it finally arrives.

I usually use totally wicked and never had an issue with them before, but this will be the last time I use ukecigstore.

It's a real shame when not only do they take the piss to send your order, but then fail to communicate with you. I will be avoiding them, that's for sure.

Stumbled across enjuice earlier while drooling over provaris, will give them a whirl soon.

Order never arrived!

Opened the PayPal dispute with them, they didn't even respond to that. Escalated it to a claim and let PayPal do what they do... within a few hours PayPal had awarded me VICTORY! I got a full refund... no idea what to do if the items arrive though... I will probably not sign for them and let it be returned to sender.

This company gave me a real headache! luckily I stayed off real cigs while they dicked me around.

Ordered the same order from vapour-room.com so fingers crossed these are spot on. (I should have really read reviews again, but I needed the order for next week before I go on holiday!)

My advice though, stay away from UK E CIG STORE

Wow, they just folded on a ~150 quid dispute? They've got to have their PayPal account frozen soon, right?

I literally had a response saying I had own from paypal within hours of it becoming a claim! Madness!

They should have it frozen, I wonder how many other people have raised claims against them!

Got all my goods now delivered from vapour-room and really impressed with everything!
