Atomizers dont produce acroleine. Its a byproduct of heating fats
Its found in almost every form of fried food, cigarettes and most combustibles.

Like diacetyl levels are much higher in cigarret smoke.

According to current studies, only trace ammounts are found in Vapor.

The general rule is if it tastes good it is bad for ya though

Glycerin decomposes into acrolein at 280°C. I wouldn't worry about it too much though, if it was present in any serious amounts it would taste horrendous
