OK so I am totally 100% enamoured of my vk. However, Michelle's post got me thinking (i.e., when does the sense that the throat hit is too much go away). I ordered some carts, and actually like them *all* - I love the flavors. However, everything but my very modest 8mg cart makes me cough and burn. So I have in my [shopping] cart a bunch of low and 0 nic juices and carts, but I'm not sure whether to go ahead and submit the order or wait and see if I adapt to the higher nic carts. Or maybe I shouldn't bother with high nic anyway since even with my lil 8mg carts I have had ZERO cravings for a cig since I started vaping last Wednesday.
Before I start worrying about mixing my own VGs until V4L gets them in, I'm thinking maybe my sense of throat hit will go away...
I'm thinking maybe the VG would work better for me since I'm not looking for throat hit and I'm concerned about this lactic acid issue. I'm training for a half marathon in March - and I've got some real serious training to do since the farthest I've run is 10mi - so I'm really straddling the line between hard training and overtraining. So of course I'm worried about the idea of PG and lactic acid. Has anyone had any issues with exercise and vaping? Or do you think the PG/lactic acid would affect recovery time?
Anyway, it's a bit laughable that I'm concerned about the PG's effect on muscle recovery - since I used to love to smoke a cig before a run - but I def. don't want leg cramping while I'm running. I can say that yesterday I ran 7.25 mi. and did not get any unusual cramping. I guess here's my question - to what extent does inhaling PG affect zeee muscles?
