Just a suggestion, but I find it interesting when reading through people's posts to see their progress banners. ECF has a basic one, but there are others as well and only takes about 2 minutes to set up. No computer skill required.
An example that many on here have is below on mine. Simply click it, and fill in the blanks. A URL will be created that you can click and copy. Then simply go to your settings and paste into the signature field. That's it.
