the lion's share of campaign funds comes from individual American citizens .. tobacco industry's campaign contributions during the 2012 election cycle : $54 million overall .. a paltry number ..
True, but did you know corporations are considered individual american citizens under law. Thats where the money is coming from gotta read between the lines.
That's pretty much going to be my opening salvo.I would look into enrolling into their cessation program and be like the other 93% who cant quit using their terrible methods. They cant fine or fire you for not being able to quit. Or simply ask about the gum and patches.
There is now way I'm going to lie.dc, this may not be the quit advice some give ,dont quit, cheat lie use what ever you can an immoral law is not a law or rule, just a barrier for just people by evil forces.I mean that.
Socialized medicine, taken to it's logical conclusion, is a very scary vision. Two years from now if every person that has above 115/75 better buy a pill bottle. In reality it will be 5 years , just like this smoking thing uhc did, good luck people.
That is the court telling the FDA that they can not regulate electronic cigarettes as a drug delivery device.
So what if I go through the program and then I don't quit using nicotine?Don't see the big issue
Save the $50 and participate in the program. They pay the cost so they will lose double!
Our company has similar and it simply requires 3 coaching call with-in a time frame to qualify. As my wife is still a smoker, we go through this every year.
So what if I go through the program and then I don't quit using nicotine?
I already had one of those, and it didn't help much.Frontal lobotomy
So what if I go through the program and then I don't quit using nicotine?

On that I have almost pretty much decided.
The consequences of that could be catastrophic for me.
If my approach does not work, and I have no illusions that it really will, I will pay the $50 per month.
I can afford it, although I feel very, very bad for those that can not.
I will, however, make my voice heard before I agree to pay.
And I hope to leave them questioning the basis for such an absurd policy that includes electronic cigarettes.
