just thought i'd chime in real quick... i didn't ordewr anything from this guy.. basically because i can't afford to get ripped and am a firm believer in the "if it looks to good to be true" thing..

but i have a suggestion.. seeing as the guy has OPENLY offered a refund policy for all forms of dissatisfaction... it may behoove all to take advantage of it.. if it were me.. and i REALLY didn't think i was getting a nic-hit.. i would be JUMPING on that "half-refund" offer

with all the paypal disputes without even messaging him to give him a chance to fix it.. i don't blame him for feeling cheated.. hell.. that cheats him even MORE than you may feel he cheated you.. what have you got to lose vs him.. you lose a couple bucks (but with his offer you don't even lose that" you've outright attacked his business... for all we know his outright livelyhood...

let clearheadedness prevail... email the guy and get your refund.. be it full or half.. and simply let people know your opinion of the product in a calm fashion and everybody can go on thier merry way... these witch hunts are getting tiresome

I must agree with Tauk.

I am not satisfied with the liquid I recieved, so I emailed him directly and he agreed to give me my money back once he receives the unused liquid . Very simple.

There was no need for me to trash him here, and I will gladly give him a good customer service review once I get my refund.

So far he gets a good grade for getting back to me promptly and agreeing to refund my money (close to $100).

I feel kind of bad for the guy to be honest. He seems like a decent fella. We all know that taste is subjective, and although most of us have found that we don't like his liquid, there are a few here who have said they do like it. To those people I say congratulations.....you have found a liquid you like at a price that is hard to beat

But we can't just out and out crucify the guy. There have been a few accusations of 'no nicotine'....this is impossible to determine unless we have some lab tests done, so I don't think it's fair to accuse without evidence. Saying something like "I get the feeling there is little or no nicotine, but I can't be sure" is more fair imo....

Anyway, even though I wasn't happy with the product, the service so far has been great. Fast shipping time, prompt responses to my emails, and a full refund offered.

We all know suppliers are scrambling to get stock in from China and a large percentage of the time the main suppliers are out. The bottles are not factory sealed and there seems to be no evidence of a throat hit all the way to 36 mg. Not that it matters now, but since a few of you think he's SUCH a great guy with his customer service, has anyone really asked him exactly what the HELL is in this stuff besides flavoring and VG/PG? Where is he getting his so called nicotine that seems to be absent in it? I personally think that is all this is.....flavored PG/VG and people are being scammed.

You may be right, but my point is that everything you mentioned is circumstantial evidence. I personally require more solid evidence, but I don't expect the same from anyone else.

That's not quite accurate and is not how I intended it to come across. I am not going to go out of my way and start a new thread singing his praises.

I simply think that so far he is doing a good job of being fair. He has not argued with me or tried to convince me to keep the liquid. He got back to me quickly and offered me a refund. Nothing more. I think that is good customer service, no?

Unfortunatley the FDA regulation that everyone here is so afraid of (including me) would help prevent the sort of "homebrewing" and selling to the general public, that may or not be the case here from what I've been reading. I would have to assume that any supplier with good business sense would order the highest level nicotine possible then break it down into different flavors and strengths by cutting and dilluting. It cuts down on shipping from china and widens the profit margin.

i was actually trying to lighten it up a bit... and you are correct.. i haven't tasted the stuff.. but so far the votes say that TASTEWISE it's not so bad.. to be honest... if i thought he'd SELL it to me half price based on the taste alone i might actually think about it... i was kinda thinking of making my own cotton candy and watermelon flavored anyways...

Well sure, they smell good because it's basically PG/VG mixed with heavy FLAVORINGS. That's it!! I never said they didn't smell. I've never also been on a witch hunt against him. I was only stating the truth starting this thread and my opinion and it looks as though a very, very large percentage do feel the same.

here's what i'm thinking MAY have gone wrong... i think he prolly IS homebrewing.. it sure is sounding like it.. but i also think he most likely ordered 36mg flavorless out of china and didn't do his research properly.. ie not realizing that cutting it DECREASES the nicotine mg..

i could be wrong on this.. but i wouldn't rule it out.. i really am hoping he didn't do his own extraction as that would be a scary thought.. and then he REALLY wouldn't have much knowledge as to the ACTUAL nic content.. but again.. both of these, while running heavy into the bad business practices realm.. are at the very least acceptable mistakes as long as he's willing to fix it

Things I have learned from my experience with addictionejuice.com:

-Don't panic when you see a news report about a Senator writing a letter to the FDA asking for a ban, and buy 6 bottles on impulse.

-Buy in small quantities when dealing with a new supplier

-If it seems to good to be true, it probably is (I seem to keep "learning" this lesson over and over in life!)

-Everyone has different taste; some people actually like this juice!

And lastly (for now):

-Kiss a little ... when asking for a refund!!!! (I'm more concerned with losing my $100 than losing my pride! lol)

Yup you probably are right T. Either way he should learn from this and fix it. I mean people that bought 36 said ZERO throat hit. That's just not right. I can possibly see zero or low on medium level in the fruits, but zero on 36? I ONLY vape 11 from everyone and ALL of them including fruit flavors have still had nice throat hits for me. This one...none. He probably is doing what you said.

We all knew we were risking money and we all knew it sounded too good to be true, BUT, what we didn't know is that we were getting bottles that were home brewed and NOT factory sealed, which is scary to me in itself! Then we all paid for these with the understanding of the mgs of nic we were getting in them, which seems to basically be little to none if any at all. So, still, we were scammed a bit.

Lol maybe we were scammed and I'm just not seeing it. I tend to be too forgiving much of the time. I just assume, probably naively and incorrectly, that people are generally good and well intentioned.

Anyway, the guy says he's going to give my money back and that is good enough for me. Ordeal over, and he won't get my business again.

As far as factory sealed bottles is concerned, I agree with you. I would prefer ALL liquid to be delivered this way. Phil at e-smokeytreats.com - one of my favorite suppliers - used to send his liquid out in UNsealed bottles. I have been vaping away happily with his liquid for a month now...no siezures or heart attacks yet. I am not sure if his NEW stock is factory sealed since I have not purchased any yet. Anyway, I digress....

Allow me to digress further....

I have a pizza on the way....pepperoni, garlic, and extra cheese. Cooked well done as all good pizza should be. Can't wait!!!

I put a drop of the watermelon on one side of my tongue, there was no tingling, no bite, no nothing except sweet juicyness.
If I were a kid I definitely would drink it.

Then I put a drop of JC's peach cobbler on the other side of my tongue. There was tingling and a bitterness.
If I were a kid I'd definitely spit it out.
