Adjust squape 510 connection?

Just got a squape clone, and it seems to work great on my zmax mini. It isn't recognized on my MVP though. I put a 510 to 510 connector in the squape and it worked in the MVP (but looks terrible)

Can I adjust the 510 connection on the squape by turning the flat head screw on the bottom? I've never done this on any tank, so I'm not sure. It doesn't seem to want to turn, and I don't want to force it unless I know.

If it's the tobeco squape then yes, it's adjustable.

It doesn't say, but given the glass tank and some of the comments, I think it the winsmoke model

I don't have a Squape so I don't know for sure but if it doesn't turn easily I don't think it's meant to be adjustable. You can try using a paperclip or similar to gently pull up the center pin on the MVP. If that doesn't try dropping a Circuit Board Spacer in the connector. The outside edge is insulated to prevent shorts.
