Is this on all orders or only Florida orders?
Lightning Vapes may be doing this due to FDA Deeming Rules. Others may chime in with more information.

UPS has a free (and a paid) service where after you sign upI know with UPS that if they miss you and signature is required that the notice they leave you has a spot to sign on the back. Then you leave it for them when they deliver the next day. I don't know how USPS does it if they miss you.
I live in FL so rarely buy from them to avoid state taxes...Lightning Vapes may be doing this due to FDA Deeming Rules. Others may chime in with more information.
With no guarantee you'll receive it that day. I've lost count of how many "out for delivery" packages didn't arrive to me until the next day causing me to waste time waiting around for mail.how many of us are actually home at the time of delivery to sign?? I would have to take a day off of work to get my package...
Are you being serious or funny? Why would any site want to be accessible to anyone under age even just to look?If they think they must do this to protect themselves, that's one thing, but from this point on there should be no more than the absolute minimum of compliance, and even some token non-compliance if possible. One thing I'd like to see is an end to the "are you 18" messages when you go to a vaping website. There could be a "we can't sell to under 18" but there is no reason whatsoever that the under-age can't even look at it.

I'm not sure. The e-mail didn't single out Florida. Is this on all orders or only Florida orders?

Wonder if anyone else got the notice?

That's required "by law". If that is removed, the site can be immediately shut down for non-compliance.
I expect we'll see an increase in companies that specialize in age confirmation, much like the porn industry has adopted. Once you confirm your age with the company, they do the actual confirmation with the businesses you wish to conduct transactions with online.

UPS has a free (and a paid) service where after you sign up
they'll email you anytime a package addressed to you is scheduled for delivery.
They email you several days ahead of time with a delivery time window so you can play with your schedule, and you can do a sig release online if you won't be home..and tell them what part of your house you want them to leave it
Ohh yes it will you have to make a special trip to the PO while they are open to retrieve the package.Signature release online if you won't be home won't work for adult signature required.
