I've been using the Kagor T3s for a while now and I really want to like them but the flavor is so much more mild then when I tasted them in the store. I get a better flavor from my iclears but after smoking unfiltered for so long they just feel so hard on the draw. what other options are out there that give a nice easy draw but with a stronger flavor? I've been considering switching to dripping I just really like the convenience of a tank. is it really worth the hassle?

Flavor is generally better with dripping, but as you have probably figured out it is at the cost of convenience.... the Kanger Protank might be an option for you. The draw is looser/more airy than your T3 and I think a better flavor, not a huge difference, but a slight improvement. Heads are cheap and easy to replace too.

The protank is pretty good tank. I have a bunch of T3 and MT3 tanks and a few ProTanks. I think the protank has a slightly better flavor and a bit looser draw. It's also glass which is great for citrus or cinnamon juices and now having to worry about a melting tank.

I like them because of the ease of use and coil replacement, but if you don't mind a little extra hassle then dripping or an RBA will for sure give you a better flavor. How much better I can't really say, but for me the hassle of an RBA and pure convenience of just filling a tank and not worrying about dripping wins out. Sorry if that didnt exactly answer your question...

Dripping does give you much better flavor but it's not something you'll want to do all the time. My cartotanks are still my go to system....great flavor and vape. I also really like the flavor from the Protank and it's very easy to fill.

However, I've also taken to ordering juices with extra flavor added. Normal juices just seem to muted to me. Everyone's taste buds are different and the longer you're off regular cigarettes the more you'll notice a difference in how things taste. There are juices that I loved when I started vaping that I can't stand now.

You'll need to experiment a little and figure out what works best for you. Good luck!

I'm not really sure why, but I just don't like the Kanger T3 it seems too airy is the best way I can describe it, I have the Kanger T2 and Viva Nova's both mini and tank and I seem to use them the most. I have a friend who swears by the Evod although I haven't tried one yet. Do you have a variable voltage battery, I'm a newbie myself but I do find that some tanks work better at different voltage settings.

I agree with RelativeBewt: a carto tank is something you should try. Boge cartos (which I use) give an amazing amount of flavor and vapor. There is a little learning curve if you want to punch them yourself, but if you start out with the pre-punched variety then it's not too difficult to get started.

well I just picked up my joytech 510 atty and a drip tip. all I have to say is why did I waste so much money on clearomizers. this is definitely for me, the only issue I'm having is how do I go about changing flavors? I've tried a few different ones and I'm still tasting the first. do I need a different atty for each flavor, or is there a way to purge it?

If you want to use something new and cheap, I recommend the Boge carto tanks. I found them for $4.45 ea. There are 3 different sizes. I myself wanted something thinner so I have many of the Boge F17 tanks. I love them! They are about the same width as ego batteries. There's also the F15 which is thin and shorter, I didn't like them as much. Then there's the F16, they're fatter about the same width as a vivi nova. Here's a link to the site I get them from...

Boge F16 & F17 Tanks & Carto's : VapeLite your source for Boge quality electronic cigarettes, Boge electronic cigarettes

I have an IBT tank, the 19mm and love it. I use the glass tank for my lemon Vape (Citrus and other volatile juices will destroy the polycarbonate tanks). I had issues with the carto that came with it, my juices were leaking. I'm speculating that this happened maybe because I use 50/50 juices and maybe the juice was just a lil too thin. Dunno. I popped in a Boge carto and haven't had any problems since. I did just recently order some 100% VG juice so I will use those cartos for that when I get that juice.

I get all of my juices with extra flavoring added. My taste buds are shot from smoking for 21+ years of smoking!

Try those Boge tanks and see what you think. It's not too much money to invest just in case you don't like carto tanks. Good Luck! :)

T3's are great,I don't know why you have mild flavor issues with them.I think they have better flavor than anything else out there. Take the T3 and clamp it gently in a vise and use a 3/32 drill to open up the 3 tiny air holes in the knurled part of the base. I add a couple holes higher up so they are above the threads.Fantastic draw, way more vapor and I think the atomizer lasts longer too.

I like the t3 because of its lite easy draw, the problem is I would sample new flavors in the shop on their CE3s and it would taste great put it in my t3 and I won't really taste anything. the iclear gives my a much better flavor but I feel like I'm gonna collapse a lung. the vision nano 510 gives great flavor and is easier on the draw than the iclear but if I put enough power through it to get a good throat hit I'm constantly getting dry hits. I really want to have something with a capacity but nothing I've tried really works for me.

I have been thinking about an ibtanked setup. has anyone had experience with one of these. I have started dripping while at home with a 2 ohm atty and I really like the result but I don't think this would work for me out and about. I guess I don't mind the iclear 16 I just wish they had a looser draw.

I have 7 of the 19ml diameter XL IBTanked, and am expecting 5 more in the 22ml diameter any day now. These are a high quality pyrex cartotank that are inexpensive; a great value. I've done an extensive review of these tanks in my blog. To access it just click the link by Blog Entries under my avatar.
