Aegis solo 2 question

Hello, I recently purchased 2 Aegis Solo 2's, one for myself and one for my wife.

I've noticed a few different things between the 2 units. On hers, when I replace the battery it remembers the color I have the screen set to, on mine when I replace the battery the color goes back to the default color.

Also today we found out on hers she can press and hold the + and - buttons and the wattage setting will lock, on mine pressing and holding the + and - does nothing.

I checked the firmware (?) version and hers says "R20210927 V11 , mine says 20210819 V2.4

Geekvape says there is no firmware update.

any way to get mine to do what hers can do?

Maybe if you find a way to contact with Geekvape directly... and ask them... !?

I chatted with them, they are forwarding my question to the tech dept, the guy said its not unusual for different devices to have a different version but he doesn't know about the different features. He asked for video so I sent a video of both devices showing how one lets you lock the wattage while the other does not.

Have to wait to hear back from the tech dept.
