Have you noticed any particular time that it starts to flood??

I've found that with bottom coil tanks and warmer weather you'll get some flooding when you go from air conditioning to the outside heat. It's just physics. The air space in your tank heats up and the pressure in the tank builds and pushes liquid into the coil space

What air hole are you using?
I find that if I'm using a thinner juice it will gurgle if I don't have it on one of the 2 large holes, opening it to the largest and taking a few puffs normally clears it up. Also, I've noticed that the nautilus really likes a 60/40 PG/VG mix. If I use that with the 2 largest air holes I can vape it empty without any gurgle at all.

The Aerotank can be a bit...finicky at times. There are several factors at play with this BDC tank. Some of the things to check for include:

  • As mentioned already, a thinner juice (one with more PG/less VG) will have a higher chance of flooding a wick.
  • Make sure you are not over/under tightening your atomizer heads. Under-tightening will allow juice to leak past the atomizer, and over-tightening will push the atomizer head down and allow juice to flood the top of it (if using PT2 coils, see following tip).
  • Are you using actual Aerotank coils, or the ones made for the PT2? The factory standard coils for this tank have a taller chimney which eliminates the need to make sure that the top is being pressed down when the base is closed to prevent leaks.
  • Unscrew your atomizer head and check the "cone" that it sits in on the base. Make sure that this cone is smooth-cut and none of the threads are stripped. Otherwise, your atomizer heads may not be seating properly, allowing juice to leak into the base.
  • Check your atomizer heads! This is where your gaskets are. Check the bottom of the atomizer (where it screws into the base) and make sure that there is a gasket in place above the threads. Also make sure the gasket that fits around the chimney on the top of the atomizer is there. Without either of these gaskets, this tank is guaranteed to flood.
  • Where is the juice leaking from - the holes in your base, or the section where the base attaches to the tank? If the latter, make sure the gasket is in place located on the base itself - below the threading to attach the base to the tank.
  • This one shouldn't be an issue, but I'll include it on the off-chance. Make sure the top-cap and bottom-cap are screwed together tight enough. I doubt you have juice leaking through the center column - you'd be drinking juice. There's also a chance that these threads could have stripped and are slowly leaking juice.

Honestly, those are the only reasons I can see for getting leaks with this tank - other than the fact that gravity simply cannot be stopped with this design. You may get flooding after this tank sits for a few minutes. Giving it a good flick without a drip tip in will usually clear out the extra juice. Personally, I've never had any issues with it leaking - but my stuff always just seems to work :D

I've had my Aerotank for about 2 months now and it's just started to gurgle and I've been wasting fluid. Iv'e bought new coils took it apart and put it back together but it's still happening. Are there any suggestions that anyone can give to me

had mine about same time with no problems good luck
