I recently purchased the Kanger Aerotank Mini with 1.5 omh coils to go with my mvp v2 because I am giving my mini protank 2 v2 to my bro along with some other stuff and I was wondering what vv/ww setting people were running it at that may have this same setup. I find it varies from juice to juice because of the flavor and pg/vg ratio. I vape it around 4.2 to 4.6 again depending on the juice

... Sent from my LG G2

Using a regulated mod such as the MVP 2.0, I would use the battery it in the Watts Mode instead of the Voltage Mode especially if your vaping on two different clearomizers such as the Mini with a 1.5 ohm coil and the Mega with a 2.0 ohm coil.

That way, you don't have to readjust the voltage when using the two different clearomizers (1.5 ohm Mini and the 2.0 ohm Mega).

Lets say you have found that 9.5 watts gives you the best vape. Then just set the MVP to 9.5 watts and leave it there ... It will automatically change the input voltage to your coil when switching between the Mini with it's 1.5 ohm coil and the Mega with it's 2.0 ohm coil in order to achieve 9.5 watts on both of them.

1.5 ohm coil @ 9.5 watts = requires 3.8v input

2.0 ohm coil @ 9.5 watts = requires 4.3v input

Guys, do you realize the battery protection won't fire a 1.5 ohm coil beyond 3.9 v, right?

Very true, because the MVP 2.0 is only capable of putting out a max of 11.0 watts of power.

If your using a 1.5 ohm coil, it will require 4.06 volts to achieve 11.0 watts .... trying to feed more than 4.06 volts to a 1.5 ohm coil will require more than 11.0 watts (which the MVP is not capable of).

I love busardo to death but that's the video review he did with the first version MVP2 prototype which had a very stiff fire button...They, Innokin, Fixed the problem almost immediately but the video never got revised... there's no telling how many older folks or people with arthritic joints (like me :( ) who were deterred from purchasing the unit thinking they'd have issues firing it...I got mine as a gift and have loved it since day one. Great little box mod :toast:

MY button is quite stiff... Sometimes when I'm not paying attention and putting enough force it simply pops out, leaving me energy less and having to press again. I love it anyway, but no, it is a stiff button that requires more force than other PVs

You got one of the first run MVP2's before they fixed it...I bet if you wrote Innokin a letter on their Facebook page explaining how hard the button is to press They'd offer to send you a replacement...

I bet they would... But customs here has such a tight control over shipments it wouldn't go through or I'd have to pay for it... I'm planning to buy a new one if I can find the way around.
