interesting I asked Imeo how to work the AFS perfectly and one thing he did say was when you place the AFS on the attie and is screwed in placed fully on the GGTS look where the lazer hole is on the attie. You have to use the AFS as a dripper aid. so where ever the lazer hole is up look where button is on the GG. So when you go to prime it or start tasting burnt turn the GGTS to where the lazer hole is up to allow propper dripping on the attie and then prime it a couple of times and then vape normal. Thats been working great for me so far.

Vapen is right cover that air hole.... :)

Wow, the AFS is working unbelieveably now! It's like a fog machine! Thanks again vapn, you're a genius. Thanks to you too Grimm!

So, for others that were having issues similar to mine:

1. Use a pin clear away any obstructions and also to make sure the laser went all the way through.

2. Cover that air hole! Bring the AFS down to cover it.

Still nothing? Not quite sure.

Pull the AFS down to cover the bottom hole and report back. With the TS and cartomizer holes you don't need that bottom hole anymore. Remember to mark where the hole is so you know how to stop juice flow by rotating it up and down. With the extra air flow the juice flow is less than normal.

AFS is all the way down on top of the end cap. Plenty of vape but no throat hit. Same liquid as first atty but no throat hit.

The AFS is all the way down. Are you talking about covering the laser hole? If so, doesn't moving the AFS all the way down cover the hole?
the hole you want to cover is the air hole on the 901 not the lazer whole. and knowing where the lazer hole is when then AFS is fully assembled and on the GG it will help with priming it and help with not flooding it either. Gravity........:)

I can tell when the hole on the 901 isn't covered because I can hear air sucking in when I take a hit. As long as I have the AFs up against the end cap I don't hear it. The laser hole is down and to prime it I take a couple hits without pressing the button. Then it's good to go for one maybe two hits. I've check the laser hole and it's clear. I'm lost. It's acting like it's starving for juice.

I gave mine 2-3 trys now, and I can get a hit here n there....but nothing constant ....Ima going to continue to play with it, but for now, I go back to drip drip drip..lol..

My first atty shorted out but and I had to prime it all the time. It did have great throat hits with the same liquid I'm using now. With this atty it has great vapor but no throat hit for the one or two draws then vapor goes way down and I prime. Can someone with more experience with the AFS please tell me how ofter you have to prime?

I have the older original AFS. I am using it right now. For me it depends on the level in the tank. When it is too full it seems to need more priming. Then when it gets too low the same thing. I don't know about the one you are using. I don't have one of those. I fill mine about 3/4 full.

Try pulling the AFS down all the way until it hits the top of the GGTS. This will block the bottom air hole and help with the juice flow. It seems to me that the cartomizer adaptation has increased the air coming into the atty and this reduces the juice flowing from the AFS. Give that a try next time and let me know if it helps you out. Also on the AFS you need to puff a little harder than normally.

How full do you fill your tank? I know you have both the old and the new models. Does yours work best at any particular fill level? Do they both work the same?

what Ive done was i went back to see what could be a problem and this may help. Im using cr123 3.7v batteries so it may need some adjustments with other batteries.

So to get rid of the air flow when adjusting the AFS on the attie...push the AFS all the way down to where its atties thread is flushed with the AFS... then when its all together with your liquid in push up to where only one mm is showing on the attie. that way you put the AFS on the GGTS there will be a 1mm gap between the GG and AFS.

Now this is only a hunch but use the cap that has the deepest hole on the bottem where the threads are for the attie. Man this is really hard to expalin without pics... okay ILL be back in a sec with pics with it all together and maybe Vapen can throw in some more info.

Just shorted out my second atty. I'm done with the AFS. Before everyone comes on here and says you tightened you caps to tight no I did not. Hell half the time it wouldn't fire because I didn't have them tight enough. Too much hassle for me. I'll just write this off as a learning experience and move on. Thanks for everyones help.
