somewhere out there......
I've lost my only two atty's today with this thing. $36 down the drain. At $18 an atty I think I'm done. Grimmer thanks for the help. I just notice the cap depths are different, it would have been nice if this thing came with instructions explaining which cap went on which side. Anyways thanks.

I'm sorry to here about your aties :( are you using 6v? have you tried using your attie without the AFS? It might be okay I hope..... if so you can try again.

Harpo, I read what you said and its definately an atomizer's hole issue. Those atomizers needs bigger hole because of their constraction. I have to rethink and retest the size of the hole. It still works for other people because they inhale harder than you maybe. At the moment you can use those atomizers as usual and my next batch will be with a little bigger hole. AFS worked without problems with older atomizers. :)

I'd love to use them but they don't work. I just don't understand why I paid $18 for an atomizer that doesn't work. Also, what end cap goes on what side? You might consider sending out instructions with the AFS so people know.

I put a mark with a Sharpie on the side of my AFS tank to indicate to me where the holes are. You can remove the top cap and using a flashlight look down into the tank and find the hole. Then mark that location on the outside of the tank. If you loose where that hole is you are not going to have good results.

But yes guys,,, to get the correct juice flow there are a few things to keep in mind. PG juice flows much better than ANY percentage of VG. These new atties have a smaller hole because we had flooding issues with the last batch. So to help with this slam the tank of the AFS against the top of the GG. The center pole will breath enough to get air to the atty and help you pull more juice into the atty. Plus you have to puff hard WITHOUT pushing the button sometimes when you get a dry taste to get juice in the atty. Just don't keep hitting it with that taste because you are running it dry. I burned out a few atties also (My first one lasted me two days) so I know your frustration trust me. I know this thing can be frustrating especially when the atties cost more than usual. But when you get the thing mastered it is a dream. I TOTALLY agree that a good user manual or simple instructions with diagrams would help. If I have time this week I will work on that. Imeo has been working on all of these issues and has something new in the works for the TSAFS... It should be what we are looking for, adjustable draw to help with juice flow, no leaking issues etc....

Are we talking about a hole in the atty or some hole in the tank?

And I assume each time you wash out and refill and put together again, you need to mark with a Sharpie again?

I just checked one of my extra atty's with a magnifying glass (eyes aren't so good :D). Are there 2 holes in these atty's, one towards the open end and one towards the batt end?

I can't push my AFS that low as the atty does not want to go thru the top hole. When I screw on the top, the AFS pushes upwards again. (It's the atty that came with the AFS.)

I'm getting hit and miss vapor with a big gap between GGTS and AFS.

Debbie

you have to have the catridge on the atomizer to be able to push the AFS down Debbie. If you try it without the catridge you may damage the o-ring that AFS cap has. So put the catridge first and then push it down like screwing it. You dont really screw it but its better and easier this way

You can make a permanent mark on the AFS and then you can put the atty with the hole at the same line with your mark Debbie.:)

One hole on the atty at the bottom portion of it. Make sure the whole AFS sits on top of the end cap otherwise you'll draw in to much air. With it like this you have to draw a lot harder. You can raise the AFS just a hair above the end cap to make the draw a little easier but you will see a decrease in liquid.

Make sure you prime this thing all the time because it doesn't draw in enough liquid. It's extremely frustrating. Or take a couple draws off of it and put it down for a couple minutes it will prime its self.

Plan on wasting a lot of liquid at first messing with it. I must have gone through 20ml yesterday. I just wish some simple instructions would have come with it. Would have made life a lot easier.

Ok friend, dont worry, I will tell Lisa to send you 2 new atomizers to try them. :)

Or you bought from Rob?

Also, if you take it apart make sure you remember which cap is on which side because they are different. Another thing that should be in the instructions that didn't come with it.
