Heard good things about LifePo4's, different chemistry from lithium ion so no explosions, less mAh but a lot more recharge cycles, difficult to source for the UK without paying silly prices though

yes, ordered some from Amazon.uk, but got mail that shipping cost is about $90 8-o

Yes I could do that, they are offering a charger with 6 batties voor around $27, so that is not a bad deal, just the shipping costs.
The box it comes in is pretty small. My mother lives in Scotland and I can't imagine it being more than $10.
Remember I tried to buy the AFS off of you and I don't have a paypal account. If you send me money through the post I could do it. If you want to do it this way let me know. I can take the box my came in with the charger and six batteries and run it by the post office to see how much shipping would cost.

Try to find someone on the East Coast, the shipping should be a lot cheaper.
My mother sent my daughter some money for a wedding gift and someone at customs in NY decided they needed more. She didn't insure it so all she got back was the postage.
It was her own fault. She usually sends my kids money for birthdays and Xmas but she doesn't send it registered post. Well because it was a lot more money she decided to send it registered. The only problem with this is you have to declare what it is when you send something registered and the rest is history.
