OK...is anyone else having a leaking issue? My liquid is not getting into the collector tank. Instead the liquid is clinging to the ledge before the tank (where the 3 holes are). I am leaking from the tank, but when I open the CT...nothing is in the bottom...it's all just sitting there on the ledge and it's driving me crazy having to open it up and wiping it up. This never happened with my AVS....

Liquid cant go there Zai. Liquid comes out of the atomizer from its center pole only. The center pole of the atomizer is totally inside the collector tank. So maybe you left the collector tank to get full so liquid comes out of the 4 holes that the colelctor tank has. So empty the CT and you will be ok. Also, wipe the liquid that has stayed were you say and you will be ok

When you screw the tank on the collector tank, the AVS for GGTS sits lower than the AVS for AFSV3. That means that the collector tank of AFSV3 collects more liquid before the atomizer starts feeding itself from the center pole. So you can empty the collector tank of AFSV3 more often:)

I checked...it's 4 holes in a row, not 3. However, this still doesn't make sense. My collector tank is empty..the only liquid is around the rim. Any ideas why this is happening?

Also, I still have an issue where I unscrew the top cap and then the bigger top cap and it pulls the atomizer right off. I hand tighten the 510 atty on the connector pretty tight, but it doesn't seem to matter. Anyone else having these issues?

try pliers for only one time just because a small piece of metal maybe is stuck there. With pliers it will leave. But before that, check with your finger if there is a piece of metal inside the threads of the tank or around the threads of the connector.

As for atty, unscrew a little the pin, screw the atty very well on the connector and screw again the pin. Use a plier only this time to screw the pin very little.

Leaking is happening during use. I took apart to make sure I had it on with oring down and I did, but I noticed the threads were a little rough in 2 spots and didn't screw on smoothly. There was also a bit of a ridge on the top of one side of the ring.

So I took a very light sand paper to the threads and ring, got the rough spots off, now screws on like butter. I will have to give it some time to see if leaking starts again, but so far so good after a half hour.

I absolutely love my GGTS/AVS and GGTB/AFS2 brilliant products!

I hand tighten it as hard as I can...maybe I can try some pliers to tighten it further? I'll post my results on the next refill.

What should I do about the atty coming off during refills?

Are you removing the O ring after you unscrew the mouthpiece? If you don't, the O ring will catch the atty, and loosen it when you unscrew the AVS top cap..

HURRAY!! Removing the o-ring from the top cap before unscrewing the big top cap fixed the atty removing issue!! I hand tightened the 510 very tight and no leaking yet...I'll keep you posted as the day goes on.

fyi - using the 808 cartomizer plug cap is AMAZING on refilling the AVS. No modification necessary...just put the tube into the AVS pin and it fits nicely over the connector. No flooding, no mess.
