Congratulations on your decision to get an AWESOME pv. I have heard good things about the NITECORE. Also, the Pila is always highly recommended...but a little pricey. I have a plain old Trustfire and an xtar and they work fine. I get all my batteries and chargers at RTD Vapor AW Batteries. The guy who runs it is a REOnaut, so he stocks what works for us. Also, I highly recommend the AW IMR batteries.

I think you'll love the REO, and a reomizer (or any RBA for that matter) will just make it a notch better. I love rebuildables on the REOs....unbeatable team.

Hi, I'm Jan. Welcome to Reoville. When the troops rally in the morning I'm sure several will have some specific recommendations for chargers.

Meanwhile, let the mailman stalking begin! The REO will come signature required, so make sure someone's home to sign for it.

That's awesome Sacricide! Welcome. You are going to be very pleased with yourself when you hook up with that REO. Everything you hear about them is true, possibly understated.

You made a wise choice in mod that'll always be there for ya.

I use a Wp II xtar. It works great. Especially since you'll rarely need to use more than 2 batteries in a day.

Now I feel bad for your wait. Hope you get it before the weekend!

i requested to rob to assemble a variation of his VV grand color mods that didnt come in the 2.1. so i wonder if ill be waiting a bit longer. i got a anodized black body with a copper vein door. the only other color i wanted was the Metallic purple door on black, and decided i like that rustic, antique sort of look.

1)with the chargers, i really like that nitecore with the battery level indicator, although its not necessary its not much more for 4 bays. one HUGE factor, i want a durable charger that wont break too soon, at least last me a year...are these chargers at least good enough to last that long?

2)OH, one more thing, im having a heck of a time finding good wick material, ive been messing with hemp wicks, which for some reason they vape great for a few hours, then get gunked up? and afterward refuse to wick completely and are literally trash i cant figure out why. so im looking to step onto different wicking material, silica perhaps? its tried and true, but where can i get some BULK wick thats actually in stock for less than 50 cents a foot?

Might want to look into cotton. You can get a package of round cotton pads at any CVS etc. They look like round wafers. You get a ton of them cheap. What's nice is that unlike cotton balls the pads are a consistent thickness so i just take a pad, cut it into 1/8" strips. Then just gently roll one end and thread into coil. Give a few squonks and let soak a few minutes then vape away!

Dang that was quick! You won't need a divider, the bottle and spring keeps it in place.

What a beauty. That really is a good color choice...classy looking. It has to be pure torture to have that in your hand and NO BATTERY!! Eeek! You think it's beautiful now, just wait 'til you vape it. Beauty AND functionality is irresistible. Are your batteries expected anytime soon?.......like, say, tomorrow? Or....look for a brick and mortar in Sacramento....surely there's a vape shop in the area. Maybe you can find a couple of batteries locally. We have 4 or 5 vape lounges within 30 minutes of my house. Very handy.

i really only wished it was more of a copper color, than gold. but i have no real complaints. i think batteries wont be here till monday, ill just stare at it all weekend lol

The best price I found in silica wick is eBay, but it's still 50 cents or more per foot in bulk.

I think I paid $35 for 50ft of 3mm wick.

Sent from my Nexus 4

oh man thats still a bit pricey. silica isnt very cheap yet. im still going to keep hunting

Lifetime supply of rolled cotton: $6.00
Lifetime supply of Kanthal A1 $10.00

Being able to put a fresh cotton wick thru your micro coil any time ya damn well please: priceless.

im not against using cotton, i just dont want to change wicks often or burn them frequently , im still in a stage of convenience over cost, at least with this part of RBA assembly. cotton being the cheapest and superior tasting from reports, but if i have to change it too often ill end up using a different device lol. have you tried bamboo wicks?

That is a sweet-lookin' rig - congrats!

I like the cotton balls on my Chalice and ERA's, even though I have to change wicks every day or two. It only takes me a minute or two, and I can do it at the office if need be. I dabbled a bit with ceramic stone, but it is touchy (coil needs to be wrapped perfectly - some folks are "hot-wrapping" them, which is a bit of a PITA). So I'm sticking with the cotton balls until I have more time to putz with the ceramic.

Bro, cotton works so well that I have not even tried anything else yet! If there was a product that was as easy to install thru a micro coil and produced better results, I would not hesitate to try it regardless if price point. But the results using cotton are off the chain. The fact that its almost free are just a nice side effect. I'm not one to use something just because its inexpensive.

I like a fresh wick every day or two personally.

As for burning them up - never had more than a singe and it tasted good as new after a squonk.

I definitely hear you on preferring not to rewick that often though!
