Here's my situation.........I'll prefill my carts a day or so ahead of time for the Joye 510 for use while at work, or out of the house for the day. (really prefer dripping)
By the time i'm ready to pop on a new cart to vape, it appears rather dry to the eye. I also think that I get less hits off of it.

The only solution I could think of is to keep those flavors of juice with me to re-wet/top off the cart prior to vaping. However, I hate carrying all kinds of stuff around with me.

So, how far in advance do you prefill your carts? How then do you store them so that they are sticky/wet when you pop them on the atty to vape?

Thanks in advance

When you drip on top of the cartridge, it's probably not truly saturating the material. While they are being stored, the liquid is likely to be spreading out more evenly through the material, making it seem dryer when you come to use it. If you want to fill it completely take a clean cartridge and either fill it with a needle and syringe (push the needle right through the filler to the bottom of the cartridge and fill - like they do in the factory). Or take out the filler, fill up most of the way with liquid, and then carefully and slowly re-insert the filler on top and if necessary finish off with a few drops on top. Both methods will get more liquid into the cartridge.

Papa has the right answer. Its worth mentioning, however, that this is the problem with fluval filler: it doesn't wick throughout the material fast, which translates into your problems of thinking the cart is full when it is not, as well as drying up at the tip long before the cart has given up all its juice. An easy fix for this is to use aquarium filter foam, like Marineland blue foam (I have used Aquaclear biege foam with good results). It wicks well but hold the juice too, and the cart better empties itself with vaping without leaking too much. In general, if you are like many here, you may find that carts are too much of a pain, and try cartomizers, which are to me much better for vaping when out and about for several hours.
