Placed my order! All the gear in the OP, and maybe went a bit overboard on the juice lol - total of about 120ml in 16, 24, and 30mg spread across 14 flavors. Some pure PG, some 80/20 PG/VG and 1 pure VG.

Happy Jack got the hardware order, the juice is coming from epuff, Vapables, and FreedomSmokeUSA. 300 bucks total but that's only 2 weeks of analogues!

Can't wait to get started, thanks for all the help and well wishes guys.

Damn Canadapost! My stuff was supposed to get here Friday but didn't. Hopefully it will come tomorrow, along with my juice from Vapables. I already got my juice order from epuff.ca, I've been swirling it, smelling it, etc, it's driving me nuts lol

Super psyched to start vaping tomorrow! If that bastid shows up without my eGo I'm setting the dog on him.

Glad you went with the Ego instead of the 510. I personally went with the 510 and four (yes, FOUR) days later found myself ordering an Ego. On each of those 4 days I found myself going to the charger only to find that it wasn't fully charged yet. Much swearing would ensue.

Definitely blow out the attys before use and then do something like prime the atty with 3 drops of ejuice and vape it without inhaling to try to get rid of the primer. Primer tastes really nasty.

Pay attention to your atty - if it's vaping too hot then it needs more juice so fix that! Running an atty too hot is a good way to shorten their life.

Try to line your carts up with the atty bridge when you push them on

Keep your attys clean. Weekly I switch to a clean dry atty (after priming it well with ejuice) and I soak the dirty one overnight in grain alcohol, next day I scoop some of the alcohol through it to rinse out any dissolved stuff, then shake it out well and lay to dry on paper towels (or you could use a blow dryer or blow through it yourself until dry)

Consider getting some blue foam for when the white cart stuffing stops working well or starts tasting bad. US vendor strictlyejuice sells cheap precut pieces for 510 carts (10 for 75 cents). I don't really recommend their juices but they also have a nice selection of little bottles and a keyring bottle that's nice. If you want to cut your own foam plugs it is Marineland Rite-Size U Foam Sleeve and in the US it can be found in the aquarium dept of large pet supplies store Petsmart.

Yeah, they're joye. They are a little pricey but I did have a coupon code. Still quite a bit more than some US vendors, but didn't want to have to deal with customs nabbing it all, or charging me duties etc, plus waiting weeks for it. We want to ditch analogs like yesterday!

Yep thanks for the tips. I'll probably pull the filler out of the free empty carts, cut it down and make plugs, and try out those boge cartos. Also got some drip tips, and will try LR 510 and 306 attys. Trying everything really, hoping to find my favorite early on.

Gawd I hates my mailman.. The dude leaves my juice package in my mailbox, and a card for my hardware :/

The card says pickup today after 5pm, and that he attempted delivery this morning, which is a lie. He's done it before, I feel like if it requires a signature, he just dumps it at the post office at the end of the day.

Oh well at least I get it today and have my juice ready, c'mon 5pm

Wish I had known that before I started. That first hour was really awful. Couldn't figure out how the yummy minty scent had warped into that toxic tasting nasty-ness!

In all my research prior to purchase (video's and posts), I knew that I needed to prime the atty, but it wasn't made clear (to me) that the atty was shipped with something in them that needed to be blown out.

So we've been vaping since last night 8pm. I haven't had a single cig, but I do kinda want one. NOTHING like cold turkey though, I'm a guy that gets very antsy at airports etc when I can't smoke for a bit. My wife had a cig last night, none today.

We do have a bit of a scratchy throat, and her tongue is a bit numb. I suggested the throat will get better for us, and to try to aim the atty at her palate instead of her tongue lol

So far tried cartos, carts, and dripping with ttip. Dripping seems marginally better, but may not be worth the hassle, we'll see. The atty cone is out. We both don't like how it tightens the draw.

As for juice we tried coffee, RY4, and VG cappuccino. All decent. This morning I've been puffing menthol, which is kinda refreshing. I was not a menthol analog smoker.

One of the attys does get hotter than the other. I also may have overfilled stuff, got a bit of gurgling waterbong sound.

Scratchy throat seems to be subsiding somewhat. Oh and 24 HOURS ANALOG FREE BABY, YEEHAW!!

My wife caved and lit one this afternoon, she took a few drags and said it tasted like crap and ditched it. I really hope she doesn't fall apart lol

Guess I'll be needing one of those sigs now.
