I suggest a Dremel or other small hobby drill. Be sure to secure the item you are working on and wear gloves and glasses.

Hi... anybody know how I can get my hand on a drill that small enough to handle a .20 mm drill bit?

Would really like to start to mod the caps so I can get more clouds. Cheers guys!

Guys can i post something about AGA T2? Here goes:

I have a problem but this time the bottom at the firing pin were pushed in hence the silicone insulator popped out which become very annoying when it short the body of my mech mod. so far the only solution is for me to really gently screwing it but since i usually interchange with my dripper tank it keep on happening any solution for this? thank you in advance for all the advice

you can refer the pics below: 1. bottom tank (silicone came out) / 2. top post (being pushed up)

@weisner, please see here

i purchased these.
100 Pcs Insulating Tablets Insulation Bushing to 220 | eBay

there is an even better deal now for 200 of them.
200pcs Insulating Tablets Insulation Bushing to 220 | eBay

what would one do with 1000 of them?
Insulating Tablets Insulation Bushing to 220 1000 Pcs | eBay

these look like they would work better for the top insulator but I dont really need any yet.
Insulation Bushing for to 220D Transistor Washer x 50 | eBay

I only use these on the bottom. I use the stock ones on the top. The ones I have do not hold the pin steady at the top. There is too much play. They work perfect on the bottom though. They also work on the aga-s, chobra and did clones with a little trimming.

This is just what I used. Buy and use these at your own risk.

Finaly got arond to using silaca wick and like the agt better now:thumbs:

Could you kindly elaborate why silica is better for you? I've only started vaping 4 weeks back and thus far have only tried silica, ss mesh, and silica-ss hybrid wicks. To me it seems silica tends to mute the flavors a wee bit.

I think it all depends on what flavor your using and also what silaca your using as far as flavor goes.Sometimes i like the flavor better in silaca sometimes better in mesh. The biggest thing i like with the silaca in the agt is no hot spots and wicks very good with wright setup.

Since heard many said reduce the chamber in AGA-T, T+, T2 top cap may increase the flavor and vapor production... Sound interesting indeed. So I tried last weekend, machined a piece of Delrin in it...

Well, what's the result? Disappointed...:?:

Flavor, no change... maybe flavor out from ceramic wick is already very good... :D

Very warm vapor... nearly little hot. Don't like it. :glare:

Vapor production, It was decreased, not increase... don't know what going wrong... don't know why the reason either...
Took the piece off and went to garbage...

Love your macro shots! Good info there. Another way to see it is like what Thomas Edison once said “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.” :D

Is that white ceramic wick? How fast does it build up gunk (if ever) compared to ss mesh?

Btw, can I still get that +ve post screw mod from you pls? :D

I wanted one of the positive post screws too. No luck thus far.

That's my white aluminum oxide grinding wheel wick, I called it Grinding wick. :D

Not how fast does a wick build up gunk, but how fast does a juice build up gunk. Every wick don't build up gunk but the juice. Depend on what kind of juice you use. Like some crystal clear e-juices at 80%PG/20%VG sometime take about nearly month to build up gunk unless it's a VG base it'll build up fast. Most dark juices build up fast. Like TV juices some has sweetener, this even faster. Half tank of AGA-T+ already build up a small black ball on top of your wick, imaging how big the ball grow if go through a tank... :D Sometime it tastes nice when gunk built up, especially cafe macchiato! Love it!
But with ceramic wick, rest assured. With dark juice, every half day vape or a day I just do as the pics below did, it can go through several tanks without having any gunk ball. Maybe this will works with ss too, but I never try before cause I don't use ss liao. :D

Not I don't want to help, there's some risks even if I just get you the screw on center post(better called it this way?). You have to saw off about 8mm at the top of your T+/T2 center post pin where there's screw thread. And 2 screws, one is the negative post screw and the other is fill hole screw. Both screws you need to saw them off shorter or grind its head smaller... Otherwise you can't take off them because of the new screw on center post upper part is too wide. (See the pic) And the width of center post can't be change, it needed to be that wide and close to the wick to avoid hot spot... You still have to DIY:)D) even you got my center post.

Otherwise try look for small machinery workshop... Bring one of your AGA-T+/T2 center post screw nut and print out the pic below and see they can help? And have them saw the screws(or grind the screw head smaller) and center post pin for you?

Edit: Mod center post schematic diagram updated.

Maybe you can try the electronic parts stores, they definitely have this insulator. It is a transistor insulator grommet as the pic shown. But some of its outer diameter will be a bit wide, you will need to grind the edge off a bit with sandpaper... (edit: It's a hard plastic... some is vinyl or silicone.)
