Aga T+ / SS Mesh setup

I set up my aga t+ with #500 SS Mesh and 30 awg khantal, 7 wrap 1.8 ohm...
I vape at 6watt with my eVic. I pretty satisfied with the result, except that, the vapor produce is very low.

What do i need to adjust to get better vapor production?

mmmm.. do you align the air hole with the wick when you put the cap on?

Pull that post for silica wick out and make a mesh u-wick, also, what Regzzz said.

Yes i do...i actually snap my attached picture there while i fire them, as u can see, virtually no vapor produced..

i prefer normal mesh wick, i've seen lots of people using it, with lots of vapor wthout using u-wick

It took me 20 mins to get rid of the hot-spots with a coil tight.. but after that it was really worth it...

take a look and see if it helps.

I need a minimum of 11watts on my AGA-T to get a satisfactory vape. 6Watts is just not going to cut it IMHO.
SS mesh has high heat sink properties and a lot of those watts go into heating that ss wick. Plus 7wraps is too many wraps to try and get all of them snug. I get best results with 4-5 wraps.

Yes, you need to turn up the wattage. The AGA has a lot of metal that soaks up heat transferred by the mesh - it takes more power to get it going compared to a carto.
