Yeah it looks like the suppliers are really in the know how when it comes to customs. It looks like they don't list "sensitive" items on the waybill just the category as well as give you a nice discount on the waybill too so that it can go through the process a little quicker without duties or taxes.
So Vamoman it sounds like you were just super unlucky that the package was actually inspected and the person inspecting it knew what it was. It is strange that it was confiscated though. The is normally just a fee for those items.

Those KTS mods look nice for the price, I'm more inclined towards the K100 though. Do you prefer bottom button or side button? I haven't used the RSST, but I hear it's easier to set up than the AGA T2 since the wick hole is closer to the positive post (less problems with the ....... hot top leg). The AGA T2 looks like it can manage some pretty sick dual wick setups. I'm grabbing the eciggies telescope mech from oupa tomorrow, I think the pulse method is gonna be the ticket to finally getting a sweet coil without hot spots
I can also second the need for some good tools, I'm grabbing a multimeter, some pliers, screwdrivers, beading needle (or similar "prodding" tool), etc. Those Cobra atomisers look nice, gonna grab a few along with a bunch of different RDA's, they have nice ones at the moment. Maybe I'll even grab a KTS on the strength of your recommendation!
I tried rewicking my ProTank with mesh, but it leaks like a ........ Do you use 500 mesh? I think I need to roll a thicker wick. Any problems with hot spots on the PT rebuild?

Slightly off topic (but not much). If anyone's looking at getting into the rebuildables on the cheap, I've got a recomendation for you. Get a K100 (mod only, not the kit, you don't need the other stuff) and a Nimbus clone from Fasttech. I think the mod is about $23 and the Nimbus (they call it a V5) is about $6.50 and free shipping.
In dual coil, they literally blow the RBA's away. They are also far easier to set up than a SS mesh based device.
If you really want to blow clouds AND have a nice looking, quality mod, I can thoroughly recommend it.
