your coil is not touching the wick. don't use the drill bit method if you are a beginner. wrap it around the actual wick. a good looking coil with nothing inside is nothing

its also important to note that the pulse method only works with an empty genny or tilted to the side so the mesh isnt wicking any juice... its not gonna oxidize if its juicy
