Ya use a higher nic just in the morning, then come down for all day vape and then spike as needed. I do that just on a lower scale. I do 11 or 12 straight in the morning. I do 8 all day then maybe spike to 11 for a few minutes later in the day, then 8 all night. I seem to be doing fine. I've even done 8 all day and never spiked and did okay too.

You did not say what you are using.
First, I used up all my analogs so I did not have a choice but like Nuck said I always used 36mg in the am.
I also found that preparing the night before wasn't as good or fresh as dipping and topping off the cart in the morning. Also a freshly recharged battery for full vapness.
Clove juice has a harshness to it I like for those times. Kind of reminds me why I did not want to smoke anymore.
I don't have experience with the tobacco flavors but others will if you check the reviews E-Liquid Reviews - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat

Same problem with the morning analogs. I cannot vape 36 mg. Its makes me heart spped up and I feel funny. I can do 24mg all day and I am just fine. In the morning I am not with 24mg and still have to have a analog. It is hard for me to get woke up in the morning. I am on some medication that really makes me tired on awaking. If I could get over this hump, I could vape all the time.

Still hunting for a favorite morning time e-liquid that goes good with coffee drinking.

Nuck:) whatever works to keep us from smoking is just perfect!..

I just slowly conned myself everytime I made a new batch from that 36mg and dilute it just a smidgin more each time..so I don't really notice..3mg at a time..
I had done that with analogs..followed one "rule" : smoke as much as you want and lower the strength down 3mg every 3 weeks and the body won't notice the diff in nicotine
so I applied that to the eliquid..and for me, it's working..although 4mg is about it for now!

IVE been vapin a couple weeks now. desperatly tring to give up analogs but I just dont get the same satisfaction in the morning with pv's. Anyone know if a certain flavor or strenght that should work for me. I been vapin 18 marborol and im a pack a day smoker. any suggestions? much appreciated

Like others have suggested, go with a high nicotine pv in the morning. But there are many other chemicals in cigarettes that you and all of us smokers have become addicted to and pv's lack them. Plus, even the best pv doesn't provide the same exact heat and sensation that an analog does.

So I guess what I'm saying is that it is all part of the process of breaking your cigarette addiction. You've only been at it for 2 weeks and for my first 2+ weeks vaping I was still enjoying an analog every morning and after a meal. But eventually I was able to get away from that. You will too, just give it some more time!!

WOW I didnt expect this much advise. you guys gave me a lot to think about. I think i'll start with the 36 in the morn. Thanks a lot people. Happy vapin, Im on my way

I stopped smoking analogs two days after I started vaping. I burned at least 1-2 packs of full-flavored menthols per day. Even 70 days out, I still like to take a few drags each day or 36mg smoke juice. I hope that will eventually fade. In the beginning with 36mg liauid, if you overdo it, you might need to visit the bathroom more frequently. Not trying to gross anyone out, but large amounts of nicotine cause me some GI agitation.
