Not sure I lost 4 in a row...my husband was still one first atty...he told me I played around with them to much..they still appear to work, but the toxic taste and smell is nasty. I tried finding some answers, but I had just started vaping and thought the problem was me...now I know better. That toxic taste and smell can't be good to inhale...I wonder if anyone else had it happen???

This is just a suggestion...get you some 510 cartomizers, they are freaking awesome!!! Plus they are cheaper than attys, I really think you will like them. I have one 510 cartomizer that I've probably refilled about 15+ times already and it's still going strong. I got some of mine from vaporkings.com (blanks, which I like better) some from liquidxpress.com (honey flue cured, which I vape then fill with my own juice), and I have a nice huge order from eastmall.net on it's way to me. Hope this helps a lil. :)

do you drip or use a cart? If you drip you can always remove the bridge and just drip right onto to the coil. That is what I do with most of my atties. I know exactly what flavor you are talking about and I have always been able to get them going again one way or another. Usually I just let them soak in very hot water rinse and repeat until I can't smell anything and then I hit them with a blow dryer for about 5 minuets or so then prime the heck out of them even to the point were they are a little flooded and I have to blow them out. It's not hard at all to remove the bridge if you decide to go that rout. There is a video on here someplace.

It seems quite unlikely that hot water itself could cause 4 atties do break. Did you give them enough liquid afterwards? Were they dried well? Blown out afterwards?

Left them to dry overnight. Used hair dryer the next day for added measure. Dripped 4 drops of e-juice directly into all 4 attys. No dice.

Might try, but am adamant about it after reading all the burnt carto horror stories.

I had the same problem a few days ago. I ended up having to put like 10 drips in the atty after letting it dry to the taste to go away, and it still didn't flood. I also took out the wick material. It was half burnt black, I imagine that's where the taste and smell was coming from.

My wick's still white. You are correct about the "didn't flood" part. I top up a lot of e-juice onto the atty. But the smell and taste is still there.

TUrns out to be the e-juices.

Ordered 5 bottles of RY4, 3 bottles of Tobacco. All 30ml from HealthCabin. And ALL of them have the nasty perfume/chemical taste.

Nothing like the ones I have ordered previously.

Stopped vaping them. Making me puke.
I wonder if I am able to refund them.

Email them. You never know, and vendors in general really do want us happy. If they won't refund or exchange, there are others here that may want to trade or buy for cheap.

My deep cleaning method these days is polydent, followed by vigorous hot water flushing, drying, then dry burn, and sometimes repeat. Have brought several lost-cause attys back from some nasty clogs that nothing else, including hot water or alcohol, would touch. Something about the surfactants in the polydent really does work well. Just my $0.02.

Another good method is Crest Health Pro, 10 minute soak, then hot water flush and dry burn. Works well, but the polydent worked better.

Good luck!

Well what do you know. Amy from Healthcabin has been very helpful and will replace all my 30ml juice. No questions asked. That's pretty good service there if you ask me.

If the problem happens with your next juice try this http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ew-vid-basic-atomizer-cleaning-newbstyle.html.

i have the problem of the bottoms of the carts melting... im not even holding the button down that long, 3-5 seconds, and i barely get vapor and i end up melting the carts..... the thing is, its only 2 days old. so idk what to do.

I had the same problem with the eGo. I don't use carts anymore though. Went with a drip tip from nhaler. Once the atty is primed right I get CLOUDS of tasty menthol goodness. :vapor:
