What ratio did you order? What are you vaping it in? It sounds like these aren't going to work for you. The Mocha and Orange Nocturne should both be ready now unless you ordered with high VG. I'm sorry they didn't work out for you.



Did you request one? You also have to make sure that the flavor you ask for is available as a sample.



I use LR cartos and usually have mine on 3.9. If I'm using my nautilus with a 1.8 then I keep it around 3.6. I've never used mine lower than 3.5.

Your setting depends on the ohms of your carto, clearo, or atomizer.



I don't think anyone has a problem with anything you've said. It's just that some of it doesn't relate to Ahlusion. You compare Ahlusion to other online vendors but they aren't a regular vendor. Ahlusion is a major wholesaler and the online store is just a small part of their business. What I meant in my previous post is that we don't know about Ahlusion's business model so it's impossible for us to talk about it. I don't like to speculate about something I don't know.

We don't have a leader. Yes, we do consider Wlad to be a wizard of flavor creations! There was a job posting on the old web site for a flavorist at Ahlusion. The list of requirements were a mile long and included a PhD. They don't advertise and aren't on any forums. They would prefer it if we would stop talking about them. Lol. We've tried to stop but it just didn't work. Which is all why I say that Ahlusion isn't the same as most vendors.

We talk about and recommend many other vendors. Ahlusion isn't the only company that makes good flavors. If someone is looking for a particular flavor you'll see lots of places recommended to find it. If you contact Ahlusion they will even refer you to another vendor. I don't know of any other business that does that.

I hear you. I just felt some of the expressions of guilt about taking advantage of sales a little unusual. And some of the adjectives used to describe Vlad, a little over the top. Nonetheless, if you felt there was an implied comparison to a supreme leader and his grateful subjects, I apologize. Wrong analogy. As I mentioned earlier though, because of my past experiences, I am a little sensitive to that kind of stuff, and some of the sentiments expressed here brought back memories.

Fair enough. When I saw some of the comments in response to my thoughts re the viability of Ahl Model, in a future regulatory regime, I interpreted as people getting defensive. I didn't see any discussion or disagreements as to the specifics of what I said and why it is misguided. The responses were more along the line of, oh Vlad knows what he is doing etc ... I interpreted that as having ruffled some feathers. If you say this isn't the case, I believe you !

As far as the cult thing, yeah I have heard that on other threads too, but I haven't found that accurate as applying to people here. Calling a group of people a cult, is offensive and implies brainwashing. I believe a more accurate term would be a fan club.

That is more accurate, yes. It's a very thin line, though.

Devil Dog, Blue Grass Burley, Caramel Wildwood and Smooth Criminal came in the mail yesterday, along with LFR ( Eleanors recommendation i believe ) and a reorder of Mocha. Gonna give them a few weeks before i try. From what i read here, Ahl liquids take a while til they are at their best. And if for some reason i don't like any of them, i will be sure to use the term " not for me ",instead of "bad" to describe it

Since I'm nearing my 1 year quit-smoking date I have decided to get a high quality mod to celebrate. So I did a lot of reading, lurking and research and I finally decided to get a LP Reo Grand and RM2 for "testing", thinking if I wasn't happy I could always sell it. But I won't be selling it! I got it last week and haven't touched any of my other devices since. I can't believe how happy I am with my Reo. It feels perfect in my hand, surprisingly. I love being able to build exactly the right coil I want. I haven't had a single leak, it's built like a tank, the draw is perfect, and best of all, everything I put in it tastes better. I'm picking out all the flavors in my stash of Ahlusion juices and they are all bumped up and vibrant. I never thought I would be on of those "Reo" people but I am, definitely. Ha!

I have been told that the aros (Devil Dog and BGB) don't benefit from steeping, and some aros are even known to reverse-steep. Might as well dig in now.

Mazinny, those aromatic tobaccos (DD & BGB) don't require any steeping -- however, they are quite different from the non-aro tobaccos, and may well blow your hair back!

Some folks like Smooth Criminal pretty fresh, and others prefer to give it a couple of months for the tobacco to really assert itself. It's one of those juices that really changes over time. Some folks enjoy the whole wild ride with it!

LFR is magnificent (imho), and you can begin enjoying it within a week or less after initially cracking the lid on it! Same with the Caramel WildWood!

It was Mozzer that started the Bananas Foster craze! I never even thought of trying it until he wrote about it. I can't wait for my large bottle to arrive.

Ah, so Mozzer's the culprit! I've tried a few Bananas Fosters but didn't like any of them at all. I just figured I didn't like vaping banana. After I tasted the banana in Fijian Nights and loved it, and then saw all of the recommendations here, I got some for a free sample in my last order. I'm going to give it a go this weekend.

Rick's something R ruther is delicious. I don't go a day without Ricks something R ruther and my mind isn't half as dain brammaged as it may seem.

BTW, our "QOC" is one of THE most knowledgeable AHL tobacco vapers I have ever read and indeed a real member of our little group.

I personally like the Vecchio. It is not as bold as the VWW for vanilla, but it is very good non the less.
Again, after a little steeping time, the flavor comes out!

Mia and Eleanor, i took your advice and loaded a tank of devil dog. Must admit, it was the first time i heard of reverse-steeping. Anyway, i didn't find the aroma offensive as some thought. A little unusual and definitely not tobacco like. My first impression after the first drag was, man this is bitter, but then i just kept on vaping and vaping ... and vaping. I think i have gone through a third of the tank in the last 90 minutes. I feel kind of guilty though, it feels like smoking a cigarette. I know it's probably an english pipe blend, but i felt i'm smoking a cauloises or something. Just a bold, smokey, bitter, in your face vape. So unlike the sweeter, creamier, nuttier HHV blends i'm used to, but i just don't know what to think at the moment to be totally honest.

Edit : and it seems that i will be vaping it for the rest of the night as well ! tried a couple of different liquids, and can't even taste them. I have the Devil Dog aftertaste at the back of my tongue and it won't go away !
