Raspberry Cream

When i tried it fresh in March, i didn't care for it. Wasn't really creamy, the tartness was there but the sweet part left something to be desired. After a two week steep, it was better but still just ok imo. Tried it again yesterday and what a difference ! I'm still not sure if i will reorder it, but it was a really enjoyable vape. It's rounded out quite nicely. I'm not sure when exactly this occurred in the three months since i last tried it.

Some Ahlusion flavors are quite moody imo. You need to try and retry them over and over at different time intervals with a dripper it seems. I have mixed feelings about this to be honest. I really wish they were at there peak on arrival, or at least after a reasonable period of steeping.

I think i will order the flavors i prefer from the express line in the future, if they are available there.

you would think i'd be happy to have found another really good Ahl flavor, instead of a little disappointed that it took this long to get there

I would still use a carto tank. It would just require changing the carto more often. You could put it in an EVOD if you like them. Ahlusion recommends an atomizer for dripping to get the most from the flavors but I prefer carto tanks. It is a good idea to pick up a 510 atomizer for tasting flavors.

Even an Express bottle of Raspberry Cream will still need a couple more months to be great. There are just some juices that are better after a long steep. Sweet Surrender and Chocolate Cream are two that I prefer after a long steep. Express only has about a 2 week head start.

I think this is part of what makes Ahlusion's flavors so great. If every juice arrived and stayed tasting the same then 80% of us would probably be unhappy! Most of us have a certain time when a flavor reaches perfection. I would hate to lose that. Like vaping Lemon Cream fresh! I know I'd never enjoy the express version of it. It would still be a great flavor but now that I know what it tastes like fresh I would be so disappointed if it wasn't available that way anymore.

I just plan out my long steepers and make sure that I always have a bottle steeping.

They've been trying to find the right child proof caps. The old caps that weren't child proof worked great. I've noticed that the last set doesn't stay sealed. If you keep tightening they just come off. I'm sure we'll be seeing a different cap. This is at least the third one
they've tried.

I forgot to order Chai Latte! I can't believe I did that. I think I thought Bananas Foster would satisfy my spice craving but I keep filling both tanks and now I'm almost out of Chai Latte. Looks like I'm going to have to place another order soon.

Lemon Cream has taken over top place. I find myself vaping it more than Pineapple Cream! I never thought I'd find a flavor that I liked better than pineapple. Now I even have Lemon Cream in a glass EVOD and it goes everywhere with me. I vape it in a carto tank at home but the glass EVOD works really nice when out and about.

These caps do not even seal let alone child proof. You can tighten them to seal but if you go another mm of a turn they unseal. Cost me some banana cream today...lol

SO I HAZ BUILT COIL. Went to the hipster shop but hipster builder was suffering a terrible hangover so I moseyed a few blocks down to the newer vape shop where they are just junior hipsters who don't yet know that you have to have at least one person passed out on a sofa and that lights must be too dim to identify anything or anyone, just to look. Turned out that they not only were happy to show me how to build (Okay let's be honest, while I watched, it was my husband they taught as my theory is a. I don't want to wreck my nails b. I don't like boy stuff and c.he's got a lot of trouble to work his way out of but what could be a better road than building me great coils, right? ) but they also had a kfl for 30 some $ less than Well Known but Not Feeling Good Hipster place..and it was a Svoe M even and not a clone like the Hipsters sell making me that much happier about the whole thing. And hey, it turns out that the juice I've been loving I love even more with cotton rather than iclear silica. (Or Sophia's silica which is not horrible but will be better once I get husband to build cotton for it too) Yes, some of you may have mentioned this to me a few hundred times but still..it's so much better that if I *had* to I'd build it myself. (Like if the world ran out of men or something)

So I have 3 ehpro clones and a nano in the mail (lost of course by the usps somewhere between east and west philly, grrrrr) and today or soon I will be filling them with the A+ stuff that I love in drippers but never find the time to drip. I also exposed the junior not-quite-hipsters to lime cream which they found *absolutely amazing*. I had to tell them repeatedly that I did not make it myself (as if!) They didn't even attempt to sell me juice after I let them try it though. It blows my mind a little how these places have every 'cool' 'trendy' 'hot' (and mostly mediocre) brand of juice and none of them have ever even heard of Ahlusion. Probably just as well for Wlad..but it's weird.

Just really can't wait for these tanks to get here so I can taste the full pleasure from pear tarte and some of my other loves. Hurrah!
Plus I have blackberry mimosa in transit as I somehow never noticed it until recently....which is just silly as blackberry is one of my very favorite fruits. Maybe all the silica clogged my brain up.

Yep, it's terrible.
I've taken to "repurposing" my old, non-childproof ones as I use them up. If it doesn't stay closed, no amount of childproofing is going to help.

Not a fan of droppers, since they don't fit in the kfl+ fill holes, but my bottles shipped on 6/10 and 6/23 do seal tight. just saying. They are different than the earlier ones, but they do seal.
