I'm confused about maple wild wood. Does the maple mean it has the taste of maple syrup in it?
No. It has a light Maple taste while retaining the Smoky attributes of the Wild Woods.
A very big favorite of mine.

I am a huge maple fan and I do not get maple from it. It is very very nice. "Pleasantly sweet wild wood."
It tasted to me like their maple dream +wild wood

So I got home from work tonight and pulled out the bottle of SC for a smell test. You can definitely smell the banana element. Wlad claims that other bottles from the same batch are fine so he feels that something happened during shipping. What could have happened while in transit to do this? So strange...
As I mentioned, I've had a very small A+ rotation for months. I had just sort of fallen into an easy routine and didn't feel the need for variety. Well, tonight I dusted off a nearly full 60ml of Coconut Boba Tea with a "best by" date of 11-2014. Wow.. so nice! I'd forgotten how much I like this juice. Not sure if it's changed much, except it had a bit of a bite to it when I first vaped it this time. I don't think that was true before, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm acclimating to it, and now it's smooth and rich. I'm finding it very satisfying.
I wonder if I have over-vaped SC a bit. It's still very solid for me, and I'm never without it, but it's sort of lost that vaping nirvana thing it used to have. I remember reading about people on this thread who vaped SC only occasionally to avoid that very thing.

You might try letting it sit for a while. How long have you had it? I think I replied to your other post about this not quite a week ago, when you just got it. The Chai Latte is one that needs to steep for a while. Give it two weeks from when you got it, at least. Unfortunately, this is one of the flavors that does change quite a bit with time, so if you have something else you can use for a while I recommend doing so.
I do know what you mean! I can't stand the stuff when it's brand new. It really does change, though.
Hey Mozzer, a little off topic question but are there any good vape shops in your area? I took a job contract in Santa Rosa and have been here about a month. I found Vapor Planet in Sebastapol to be a nice, homey shop but was wondering if there were any you recommended. Thanks!
hmm I wondered about that place in Sebastopol. There's Vape 101 here in Rohnert Park. They are real friendly and helpful, with lots of samples. They seem to have mostly lower tier flavors and they seem to sell mostly clone hardware., I think. They do have some authentic Kayfuns, but I think they were marked up a bit, last time I checked. I go there once in a while mainly for fun, and to hang out with fellow vapors. Not so much to buy anything. hehe.
Never ever got banana in my Smooth Criminal, old or new version. What was in the tank before the SC? If you were vaping something with banana in it, it may be a leave over even if you cleaned the tank. If not, call Ahlusion and let them know.

VBN!!! Missed you around here, too! I don't know if you've checked out Digital Ciggz in Santa Rosa. I've never been there, but I met the owner at a Vape Meet in Oakland about 2 years ago, and he seemed really cool.
Nothing but SC has been in the tank. A few weekends ago I filled it up with some 18 mg nic strength then stepped back down to 12 mg. Last night I had ran out of my 12 supply and had to crack open a new bottle. I'm stumped because there is definitely a banana element to it. All has been resolved though but I'm still just trying to figure out how that would have of happened....especially since Wlad claims all other bottles from the batch are OK. This is the first time I've ever had a juice taste "off" from AHL.
That is strange. Especially if it was a batch mix. I have had a few that I did not personally care for from Ahlusion but never one that I thought was truly off or mixed wrong. It does happen though, nobody is perfect. He was quick to send you a new bottle out I see. So that is good customer service. Enjoy the new one.
It surprised the heck out of me too. I can't stand menthol, but instantly fell in love with WWW.
FWIW - I get more of a flavorful mint instead of menthol. I would have given it away if I picked up on menthol in the least.
I got one a few months ago. A bottle of Pineapple USD Cake. Colorless, smell less, even after 2-3 weeks. I emailed and he sent me a new bottle. I was rather shocked that this happened at AHL as I assumed they had their lab trouble free but who knows. No questions asked I just got a new one. Sent out the day I sent in the email. I guess the problems are so few and far between that he just makes good on things
Yeah in my experience AHL customer service has been stellar. I thought we would have some back and forth, questions about equipment, etc....but nope, he just said ish happens and a new bottle is headed your way.
Oh and this is random but I think Desperado has now taken over as number one tobacco vape from AHL for me. I've been trying to order samples of all their tobacco flavors and Desp has blown my mind. Great stuff.
