No, you only sent me 50/50. I found, in my stash, a couple of small bottles of 70/30 pg/vg from Highbrow, and will try them out again. I think for me, the VG does affect me negatively. But, something else does too. As I mentioned to you in a PM, a couple of the 50/50 juices you sent (and thanks again for your kindness) made me cough. Something in the ingredients.
But that said, my affection for AHL is growing. Some of the other vendors I loved before is now striking me as strong, in-your-face, and unpleasant. Gotta say that the mild subtleness of AHL overall is becoming a big hit for me. MOV too.

Did I send you any 70pg AHL? If so was it better received than the 50/50? I think if one was having sensitivities it would be by process of elimination to figure it out and you would have to stay with one vendor at a time

Childproof maybe, but thankfully not Mannproof!

Boring personal observation about pg/vg coming.

When I used higher PG, I got sores in my cheeks. When I used higher VG I got heavy lungs. I settled on 50/50 as a compromise but I think I am going to have to adjust it based on the season now. With the dry cold winter air, I'm getting some sores again at 50/50 and I'm wondering if I shouldn't go a little higher VG in the winter. I'm guessing the higher vapor production of VG is responsible for the heavy lung issue, and I could handle it better with the low humidity of winter.

Hi Louis, I settled on 50/50 for most juices and never left. I have similar issues going to both extremes. I also seem to get the best compromise on vapor and flavor. I am not a cloud chaser but would chase flavor except with A+ I don't need to.

Man, what in the hell is up with these Ahl 10 mL bottles? Have any of you tried to take off the dropper? Sheesh! It's like it's not supposed to come of. These are not your average PET bottles and droppers.

Yes, Mr. (The) they are much tougher to open these days.I have noticed a marked change in the last 6-8 months. I always decant when traveling and suddenly very sad most of my older 10's were given away as samples to newbies. They do seem to squeeze easier though. Remember trying to find the sweet spot on the label?

Hi Tralfaz....Really good to see more of the old crew back!

I guess you guys are used to them, but I have problems dripping with the 10ml bottles. I dunno if it's the bottle themselves, the labels on them or a combination of both, but I find them hard to compress with any level of control. Hopefully I'll get used to them, but I much prefer the softer, opaque bottles that I get from other vendors.

On the upside, the juices in my last order are much more promising than some of those in my first order, and after a week or so the worst ones in my first order have at least become vapable. I still have all of them steeping, but at first blush Boba Tea, Strawberry Vanilla Cake (smells awesome) and Tiramisu are winners, several others are pretty good FOOB and none are terrible.

My first reaction to Boba Tea FOOB was "Wow....". :)

A lot of people have those probelms with PET bottles, but it's a sturdy plastic less inclined to leach, so it is what it is.

That was interesting, not at all boring.
I think there's alot we still don't understand, this vaping being so new.

I'm thinking through how to do the thread to make the most sense, but I think it'll be informative and useful, with enough feedback from folks out there.

Idk? Hope to see it soon as even AHL is leaving me with a scratchy throat..Not due to wicking issues..(believe me I've tried every ... cotton and now rayon) also not due to PG..I'm even starting to wonder now about VG as it tends to suck moisture from your mouth more the higher I go.
Noggin once gave me some all VG and I swear...*cough cough ..splat ! Sorry lugie

I vape like a madman..maybe that's the whole of the problem.

Probably heard this before but might try upping your water intake.
I don't get the scratchy throat with A+ juices but tried some other vendors lately and between the stale taste, scratchy throat, coughing, heavy chest and runny nose, I am A+ exclusive again and home to stay.

Yeah I do keep bottled water on hand while vaping..learned that long ago..Seem around this time last year I was having the same problem..Our weather has changed a lot in the last week or so around here..I'm not pointing the fickle finger at any juice line just yet..as I enjoy quite a few. ;)

For those that are new...the soft spot on the 10ml bottles is under the large "A" on the left of the label. Ahlusion bottles will hold up for years. The thinner bottles start to deteriorate after a while. About 6 months after I switched to Ahlusion I opened a drawer full of old bottles from previous vendors. It was a disaster! Most had leaked and I ended up just dumping it all out so I could clean the drawer.

Boba Tea will do that to ya. :) Glad to hear that you're finding your flavors. It takes an order or 2 to figure it out. Seems like we always start the first order with what everyone else likes. The 2nd order is usually the best since we have a better idea about the flavoring and venture off to find the flavors that we prefer.

Maybe try vaping 50/50 for a day and see if it helps? That's what VG does to me if I go above 30%. I actually did better when I vaped 20% VG but since it isn't an option with Ahlusion I just keep some 10% VG flavors for when I need a break. I'm a chain vapor, too! Seems like I can never do anything in moderation.

I just received some Banana Cream Pie in the mail today, but it's not tasting like bananas, cream, or pie. I'm not even sure I know how to describe the flavor.

In any event, I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong. I'm hoping someone might be able to guide me in the right direction.

The juice is from their Express lineup and I'm running it through a dual coil rda at about 1.0 ohm.

That's a good point, which I hadn't thought about.
When I first started vaping, at 18mg, no problems whatever. I was using Halo Tribeca. (Which I have some of, and which I'll soon try again for experimental purposes, and for old times sake.)
Now that I'm @ 12mg, I'm certainly vaping more.
When I smoked, it was one cig an hour. I timed them.
When I first started vaping, it was once an hour. I timed it. It's still once an hour. BUT, the vaping is going on longer than it used to.

I don't hear a lot of love for lychee, so I may be talking to myself.
But, just did a comparison of MOV Shangri-La and Ahl Orient Whisper.
I do like them both, but when vaping them against each other at the same time:
the MOV is very mild but pleasant, the Ahl is much richer, though with a bit of a bite (but only a couple of weeks old), and perhaps some coconut, or tapioca or ??, but really good. Gotta give Ahl the win.

My experience with AHL banana in those that I have tried..Banana Cream Pie..Banana Fosters,..is that the banana in there is a bit green tasting..Not to my liking at all. I leave the banana to TPR. Banana Pudding is awesome. :p

I've been vaping 6mg for 6 months now..I vape it more than 12mg..but now if I vape a 12mg..headache from hell.
