My experience with Chocolate Cream is that it needed a Long, Long steep; months. And it did not come alive until I put it in a Russian 91%. In the r91 it was divine. That was 2 60ml bottles. If they reformulated it I don't know, have not repurchased it lately.

The best Chocolate Cream I've had was a bottle that I found stashed away. It was sweetened, over a year old, and divine! I don't think it has been reformulated. Peaches and Cream says that it was reformulated so I would expect it would say the same on Chocolate Cream if it was redone.

I like all of the chocolates sweetened. I think Wlad uses a different chocolate to up the sweetness. Chocolate Cream sweetened is a milk chocolate. Orange Nocturne, sweetened, is a darker chocolate and the combo is amazing. I love raspberry and chocolate but didn't care for the Raspberry Chocolate flavor.

I get all of my juices in 70PG since I love to use carto tanks. It has lots of flavor and plenty of flavor. My husband already complains about the "fog". Lol. He would drive me crazy if I could vape higher VG!

I've been vaping a lot of Rick's Request, Mango Lassi, Pineapple Brulee, and Cantal-Berry Ice (unsweetened, no mint or menthol). Cantal Berry is my favorite of the magical fruit blends.

Tried Chocolate Cream recently. On the last try it had a 2+ month steep on it. To me it was okay, but not great. I liked the chocolate in Peppermint Bark better. Have Peppermint Mocha steeping - which I hope will hit the spot.

So just a small silly observation, I got a new type of email today. Usually I get order confirmation then another email when it's being mixed. Well today I got an email that my Order had been moved to the lab and would be mixed in 3-5 days  I just thought I'd mention it. A new email in the process of emails! Lol I was just really excited because I thought they were making my order that fast :) (just ordered last night)

You might know that I often have vapetongue, and I mean bad, for long periods of time. Well, over the last week or so, my flavors have come ALIVE! for me. My AHL juice is almost too flavorful! Really amazing and I'm having a ball retrying lots of stuff I wasn't able to appreciate. Totally in love with good old Lemon Cream today.
I just know it won't last, but oh what fun while it does!

Also I asked for the lychee coconut smoothie as my sample. Maybe my disdain for coconut will magically go away?? LOL

You never know! After all, I never could stand a "cake" juice until LVC! :)

And now, please permit me to bleed on you guys just a little . . . :offtopic:

Went to the Dr's today, had an EKG. Doc glanced at the read-out, softly said "uh-oh." Quickly left room, while nurse unplugged me and I got dressed.

The first words out of the doctor's mouth upon his return to the examination room were: "You're not having a heart attack, BUT . . ."

Not something one wants to hear. Not something anyone ever wants to hear. :( There was something hinky on the EKG, suggesting that blood was not flowing well to one part of my heart. He is sending me to a cardiologist for follow-up.

I have also been experiencing occasional shortness of breath, accompanied by a feeling of heaviness on my chest. I had guessed Doc would want an xray for possible early COPD (not that I want that either! 8-o). Turns out it is probably cardio and not respiratory; he told me to "call him right away" next time I get that sensation. (Yeah, right. At 3:00am or late on a Sunday Imma going to try to chase down my primary care physician.)

I do not yet have a date for the cardiologist visit, and I WILL not trouble my family with any of this until after I have seen the specialist. (There is enough going on already with us.) Next week is Holy Week, I am utterly exhausted, and I plan to do nothing but go to Mass and Confession before the Easter Vigil next Saturday night, followed by Easter feast at my brother's house on Sunday. (Dang, I said I'd bring a leg of lamb. I think I can manage that. :?:)

Anyhoo, I'm a little freaked out. And annoyed. And anxious. I hate this late middle-age crap. I want to be in my mid-30s again!!

Thanks for letting me vent. All prayers appreciated.

Now back to our regular programming. :p

Sorry to hear about all that E. Getting old does suck and I rarely go to the DR without getting some bad news these days. Prayers coming your way.

In my prayers, Eleanor! So recent were those insouciant days when our children squealed while we whirled them aloft, watching their rich, creamy youthful hair that looked like liquid chocolate and their skin that was like an unblemished rose. The days pass so quick, and we find ourselves bereft of that youthfulness. Beguiled by the loss of the so thin veneer of youth, I never imagined my own susceptibility to the vagaries of age, in so short a time.

A friend recently exclaimed that in a mere 13 years, we will be 70. My days have not been the same since. A morbid perspective, but real.

Eleanor..Good thing you caught that with an EKG..I had a heart attack at 45 years of age..had been having sharp chest pains and even went to the ER but they told me it was just chest wall pains..Come to find out I had a blocked artery 98% in my heart..well..a few weeks later I woke up having a heart attack. They got me to the ER soon enough to give me a TPA shot in the groin..(see clot buster..) and gave me a couple of shocks with paddles..(not fun at all) so DO NOT MISS THAT CARTO DOCTOR APPT!

You are in my thoughts and prayers hon. :nun:

I couldn't bring myself to "like" your post, but there were some things that went your way today:

1. You thankfully found out about having a heart condition BEFORE something more drastic occurred, and

2. Your Doc didn't send you directly to the hospital, which presumably means that he didn't consider it serious enough to warrant such immediate treatment and care.

Naturally, you should follow up asap with a cardiologist. If you don't hear from your Doc's staff in a day or two, call them to ask whether an appointment has been set up. See if your Doc's home phone is listed and write it down, put it in your cell phone, etc. If it is, do call him as instructed. If not, call his office and see if there are directions telling you what to do - some doctors' recordings will tell you to call another "on call" doctor and others have a screening service answer their calls during their "off" hours.

I've been through a serious illness. Try not to get too far ahead of yourself; try not to let anxiety and fear get to you. The best thing you can do is to try to take it one step at a time, as efficiently as you can. If you live with anyone, please consider letting them know what is going on.

Prayer sent. My "Best Wishes" too.

I sure wished they were still taking flavor requests..Who else would love to see Ahl make a Key Lime Pie?..Nice tart lime with some graham cracker crust and a bit of whooped cream on top! Man I love me some whooped cream!

Wlad make a Key Lime Pie? I am certain my search would be over if he did.

I've often thought life would be so much better is we were born old and gradually approached 18. The bad part is I would be too darn tired to enjoy it. I recently told a friend "now that I can afford a Corvette I no longer would look good in one."
On another note I am doing good at polishing off what I have so I can re-order. It is going so well I have made myself wait another whole month. I will be vaping what is on hand for the whole month of April and will allow myself to order in May.
I wish AHL would put the Wishlist back up

One thing I hate about finding something out at the doctor's office, is you usually have to wait longer to find out exactly what it is. I hope you don't mind Eleanor, but I've added you to Skeebo's Long List of Daily Anxieties.
