Zelphie! Like old times here now. If you're available, come visit at Ahlusion next Tuesday. Mo and Mann -- you too. All other local A+ers should come and meet up as well. We can drip juice till we get headaches, and bother Wlad asking about Lemon Vanilla Cake.

Did someone mention Lemon Vanilla Cake! I want some....please?

If I logged in more often I would have suggested you be careful saying Lemon Vanilla Cake very loud at the B&M.

You do realize Wlad is a MARINE:danger:

He'd probably make you sign his website Lemon Vanilla Cake disclaimer even. :)

Hello! I've been invited to join this thread. Brand new Ahlusion user. I had a list of high-end juices to try, but since I just switched to all-VG, this was the last one left. Started with Lime Cream, Raspberry Mint, and Chocolate Cream. I'd love to tell you how much I love them...but...well, I can taste them a little bit, and I do like what I can get. I have an Aspire BDC - Nova-S on its way to me, and I plan to throw the Lime Cream in. Hoping it will help with taste. They certainly have an extensive menu! It could take years to get through it!

I think you already got the best answer on that thread, but here's my take:

CWW: good straight away if you like sweetish caramel. After 2-3 weeks the tobacco balances that out.
Mojito: I didn't notice much change from day 1 to day 30.
Strawberry Cream: very sweet at first with all strawberry and no cream. Balances out after a few weeks.

The answer's I got in the other thread were good but this is exactly the information that I was hoping for. Thank you so much.

Oh, okay. I see. I try to stay up on the posts in the thread, but I wasn't aware that it wasn't just about it really tasting like coconut but some thinking it actually is coconut in the liquid. I can totally see why one would think so and if I had tried the liquid blindly, I may have suspected similarly. But once again, it's wild how when you do taste the Coconut version of Boba Tea you really are able to tell the difference. Then it's like, "oh, now that's the Coconut Boba Tea."

No problem. It's gotten crazy trying to keep up in here lately. You'd think it was winter and we were all snowed in or something! When DJLEC said he was taking his bottles out of the stash box I had to call in the boss. Lol.

I know just what you mean. That first taste of Boba Tea with Coconut is pure heaven. I'm going to have to fill a tank with it tomorrow.

Bukket5, you Young Lady are an Absolute Treasure to this Thread. I was really touched that you contacted Ahlusion for me to get the skinny on the Boba Tea. I did try this before in a small bottle and did not notice the Very Heavy Chest feeling I get from Coconut vapes.

It will stay in the Stash now but it will be a bit of time before I mix them to my next Nic level. This is why there are 2 Bottles at play. After the mix and 1/2 Tank or less I will know if it is a problem for me :)

Guess what landed today? Some more of your Signature and glad to see you finally added the Sweetened to your Sig. You hit a Bulls Eye with that one for me. I thought the Unsweetened was good but the Sweetened takes it up a nice notch.

Try My Freedom Smokes for your Nautilus. I also reviewed the Aspire after a rec here but I also surmised the Coil cost could be dear. I did not take the plunge after my review.

Your post also caused me to check out Health Cabin for Cartos. They did not have the type I like but they did have good pricing

Ah, Thank you. I'm glad to hear they are safely back in the box. It really is a good flavor. Too good to miss out on. It sounds like you shouldn't have any problem at all. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Yes, I finally was on my laptop and remembered to update my sig! I've been vaping Chai Latte and Piña Colada all weekend along with Pineapple Cream. The spice of the Chai is perfect alongside the pineapples.

I'm going to pick up another Nautilus but it's going to be the clone from Fasttech. It's exactly like the original except the glass is thicker. All the parts match perfectly. It's just a bit over $16 and it takes the original coils so I'm going to try it out once I move. Should be some reviews on it by then, too. Although I bought my original for $19 here in the US. I just got coils from them for $10 a pack, too. I'll take a look at My Freedom Smokes. Been a while since I've shopped there. Good time to see what's new.

I have 2 Aspires but I like my EVODs better. I need to wash them out and put a favorite flavor in them and give them a better chance. I don't even remember what is in them now. I think it was a sample. So it wasn't a fair test. I picked up a couple of ProTank IIs for $9 each. I need to get the airflow controllers for them. I'm determined to learn to rebuild the coils once we're settled in. I did read that you can recoil the Aspire and Nautilus with a single coil and they work really well. That would save me a lot of money. I've been saving the coils, just in case.

Anyone have opinions on Ahlusion's Mocha? I love a good mocha at Starbucks...how does this compare?

I don't do Starbucks but I make my own Mocha at home and I love Ahlusion Mocha. If you like your coffee with extra sweetener then get it sweetened. I waited for almost 2 years for this flavor to come out and I was not disappointed. I taste a bit more chocolate than coffee in it. It's like Chocolate Cream on steroids with coffee added. Lol. It's become my 2nd vaped flavor behind Pineapple Cream.

Still trying to catch up on the thread. I haven't been able to go outside because of smoke from forest fires. We did get a bit of rain today. I hope you guys are enjoying better air and weather. :)

25 year smoker, tried to quit about every month of those 25 years. Bought a VTR mod and it collected dust with junk e-juice. On a whim I bought some natural tobacco e-juice from vaporite and high brow. That was almost 2 months ago with no cigarettes.

This I consider the most important technological breakthrough of this century, akin to Gate$'s in his garage inventing M$. I could almost pray the government and big business doesn't kill natural tobacco e-juice and things like the svd/vtr and of course the aerotank. I don't know what I would do if they demonize/witch hunt this sector of the economy.

Probably go back to cigarettes.

I was thinking of stocking up on strong nic juice and buying a kaylite fun, but if made illegal could only use in the basement like a junkie.

I seriously pray the government doesn't screw this up. My whole family is proud of me cessationing cigarettes.

Speaking of snowed in for winter, I wonder where Jerms is. Fargo should be thawed out enough by now! I miss his hysterical posts.

I just received a mini Aerotank and it is definitely an upgrade from the regular mini PT2. Like peraspera said, not quite like dripping, but a different, better flavor. I'm sure it has mostly to do with the airflow control. I'm going to get a couple of the airflow bottoms to replace those on my mini PTs. Also have an Aurora BFT on the way. Moving on up!

wow, now THIS is encouraging: Top scientists warn WHO not to stub out e-cigarettes | Reuters

"(Reuters) - A group of 53 leading scientists has warned the World Health Organisation not to classify e-cigarettes as tobacco products, arguing that doing so would jeopardize a major opportunity to slash disease and deaths caused by smoking."

Finally, some common sense is being brought to the table!

Yes, maybe we shouldn't consider the FDA "deeming" an inevitability. The whole point of the proposed rules are to give them jurisdiction over e-cigs, by classifying them as tobacco products. This group of scientists should give clout to opponents of the deeming. It seems CASAA and others are focused on mitigating the damage of inevitable jurisdiction. Maybe they should attack the whole deeming proposal.

It is indeed encouraging, BUT -- the big tell in that story:
"A total of 178 countries are parties to the international convention and are obliged to implement its measures, with the United States the one notable non-signatory."
The U.S. reserves and often exercises the right to thumb their nose at the rest of the world. If there's money to be made, science can go scratch. Still, it's hopeful!

I agree..and with BT and BV in the mix..regulations are inevitable imo.

So very true. I was just thinking that having those scientists expressing their opinion so strongly provides ammo to those of us who are fighting against regs that might limit our access to e-cig products. Particularly the FDA deeming.

Just received Just Criminal for the first time. What are your steeping recommendations?

It has a strong scent of dark chocolate in its un-vaped form. I was hoping it would be more like a cocoa instead of a dark chocolate. Will the chocolate settle down?

I just cracked mine open last night after about two weeks. I know what you mean by the initial smell. I did not vape it FOOB, was too busy at that time. I know a lot of people steep the criminals longer but I love my Peachy at any stage.

What I'm getting at two weeks is similar to cocoa (to me). Not dark chocolate, not milk chocolate but somewhere in between. It is slightly sweet, but I don't think any more so than the other Criminals.

Here's what is weird: When I first smelled it, I knew something was familiar. It smells very much like a hard-to-find chocolate extract I use in baking, minus the alcohol (water, 37%alcohol, cocoa extract). As soon as I tasted it I knew there was something else about it. I still order a couple flavors from Kick Bass Vapor. This tastes very much like their Pebble Path Flavor I haven't had in a long time (Rocky Road - chocolate ice cream with marshmallow, dark chocolate pieces and nuts), only as if a little tobacco was added. I have recommended that flavor in the past when people ask for a "real" chocolate flavor.

Anyway, whatever steeping strategy you end up with, I think you'll ultimately be pleased with the chocolate.

P.S. - vaping at 30%VG 70%PG
