I personally like the non-aromatic line. Smooth Criminal, Just Criminal, and Ship Wreck .. but the Wildwoods are good too from what I gather. I'll know soon enough as I ordered some. The aromatics? Can't say as I haven't ordered those.
I like that Jerry Garcia Grateful Dead avatar. Nice!

Thanks Sirius! I think I am going to try Smooth Criminal. Whats Ship Wreck like?

Hi everyone. I'm looking to place my first Ahlusion order today and wondering if someone can give me a little direction. I havent ordered from anywhere with so many tobacco options before. I normally enjoy tobaccos like 5P Castle Long, Steam Co's Gentleman's Reserve, Birds Nest's Verses (Apple Cavendish) and GLV's El Kamino. I am also curious what the aromatic line is like. I am a big fan of cigars. Is that comparable in any way? Any advice / favorites from tobacco vapers out there would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hey, Boxorain82. The aromatic line is, in one word, bold. The tobaccos are in the FOREFRONT. A lot of people find them too strong in tobacco for their tastes, but it works fine for me. I enjoy them when I feel unsatisfied by all other vapes. My favorite is Maple Burley, with a close second to the Caribbean Blend.

As for the non-aromatics, like Sirius said, the Wild Wood tobaccos are a big hit -- choose a fruit or flavor that sounds good to you and it will be accurate to its description. The flavors with the smokey Wild Wood tobacco, are balanced, in my opinion, perfectly after about a month with them. I like them out of the box, too, so it's up to you when or if they hit your sweet spot.

I will cosign Sirius with a Smooth Criminal recommendation also. I've never had El Kamino, but it is a Boba's Bounty-like vape, from what I understand. Smooth Criminal has also had comparisons to Boba's Bounty, though I don't get that at all. Anyhow, it seems to be the juice that put Ahlusion on the map, so definitely worth a try.

Ahlusion currently only offers one cigar vape, Dulce Cubanito. I cannot comment on its taste, but based on forum comments, it seems to be one of their weaker offerings.

As for your likes from other vendors, Castle Long and Gentleman's Reserve, for me were predominantly coconut. If you are looking for a coconut tobacco Shipwreck fits the bill. It was coconut overload out of the box, so I like to let it sit. Even after quite some time, the tobacco in this juice is never overpowering, so I'd recommend that for any person who enjoys coconut and is interested in tobacco vapes.

Also, I'd recommend ordering juices at their recommended ratio, barring known sensitivities to VG or PG. Good luck and hopefully you'll enjoy whatever you try.

Hi Boxorain
word of caution the recommended ratio is not what pulls up as the default. I think Shipwreck if the bomb and although I have not tried it YET there are many that love the criminals and the wildwoods

Thank you, I missed that; the recommended ratio is listed in the juice's description.

Read the recommended ratio in the description - many people have made the error of thinking the page opens to the recommended ratio, which is often 90VG and NOT usually recommended - it takes a LONG time for those to mature.

Hey! Does anybody know what the pg/vg is for xpress sweet virgina? The website doesn't say...

I was wondering the same, as I just got some. It's not indicated on the bottle, but the nic level (as requested) is. 50/50 is a reasonable guess, and I agree it vapes like it. I get all my A+ juices in 50/50

and yah.. hey SharonMM!

Moved from my phone to my laptop because I thought I had the reply I received from Ally that I could copy. Can't find it. Darn computers!! Or is it the user???

I contacted them back in Feb/March. Ally replied that the ratio in Xpress is 60pg/40vg.

Hey you two! Nice to see you both too. I've been here lurking for the most part.. just not buying much these days so not much to add to the conversation.

Ok so I just summoned the mothership... If it is in fact 60/40 then I'm in a pickle. 50/50 is my ratio, and 70pg/30 gives me zits! Like weird, hard nodule ones that don't want to go away, its pretty frustrating. Tmi, just saying.. Not sure if I'd be ok with 60/40 or not.

Edit: Yup its 60pg/40.

Uh oh! I get it. I think cherry does the same to me :( But I just use the cherry juices sparingly now.

Random question: I wonder why in the descriptions for most of their juices that an even VG/PG ratio is recommended, but the Xpress liquids come in 40vg/60pg. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I just want to say that Eleanor was right about Light French Roast. It's heavenly! I thought I really liked Kent's Blend and I do, but Light French Roast is perfect. I only have 10mls. of it, so now I know what my next 30ml. bottle will be. Really, I was going to let my feedback coupon expire. I don't need anymore juice, but I can't run out of this one!

Heh. That was my reaction exactly: I do like Kent's Blend, but with the absolutely-perfect LFR -- who needs it?

SHARON! Missed you; welcome back! :)

Just guessing, but perhaps that's because it does more justice to the tobaccos, and is less off-putting to vapers who have some vg issues?? :?:

CWW and LFR are singing for me today! Later tonight, I know it will be Pear Tart Tatin!

Found a new benefit of A+ liquids; performance checking equipment. The liquids taste so good, and are so consistent, that when I have a new liquid from another vendor tasting 'off' I can load the same setup with an Ahl liquid and be sure it's the new liquid and now an equipment issue.

Heh, I know when my Ahlusion juices don't taste like I'm used to them tasting, to check my equipment. And I've usually found something amiss. :)
