The Reomizer (RM2) is great, yeah. You get the best of both worlds, building whatever coil you want, bottom hole dripper, bowl shaped ceramic base, but none of the fuss of dripping. There's a little bit of a learning curve to get it perfect, so I kept quiet until I was absolutely sure I was absolutely sure it's for me. I surprised myself, how I keep reaching for it over anything else. I'm having fun revisiting all the Ahlusion flavors with it. I can taste Blueberry Vanilla Cake now!
As you know, I'm not big on cults. I'm not saying I'll never use anything else ever again, and one is enough. But I do say it's an excellently built, no nonsense mod that works the way I want it to, and I'm happy with it.

I also sampled JG Blend, which I think tastes similar to the tobacco base from Smooth Criminal with some coffee candy mixed in. I think it's pretty good but probably not a re-order.

Anyway, I received my last order today and wanted to hear the customary steeping suggestions. I got Mango Lassi, Lemon Cream, Cherry Cola, and Bananas Foster. Any of them good FOOB?

Better get on that Cherry Cola asap. Reverse steeper there. I liked all of those out the box, Bananas Foster especially. They do get even better with time.

How goes the squonking ! If you don't mind me asking, how much did the combo cost ? I am assuming RM2 is the atomizer that comes with it. Is the Reo Grand variable wattage ? Do they have a Variable Wattage model ?

It cost a lot! My first born child! No, it was right around $200 for a brand new, perfect LP (Low-Profile) Grand with the RM2 and some extras like o-rings, springs and bottles, shipped. Because of the price, I was hoping I wouldn't love it and then I could sell it! There are used ones every now and then for sale here on ECF, and ones that are new with minor paint flaws that are a little bit cheaper, though.
I have never had much to speak of before in mods except a couple of SiDs and a Nemesis clone. I researched for weeks, back and forth between the Reo, ProVari and the Sigelei 30W. If you want VW, check out the 30W! It runs much more reasonable, under $100. It has all the fancy bells and whistles, too. The Reo I got is not VW. There aren't any wires, you can wash it in the sink and drop in on the cement. It's warrantied, or you can get everything you need to rebuild it yourself if you want. It is very spare and tough. A minimalist mod. There is no VW model that I know of. There used to be a VV model, but it isn't produced anymore.
You can look at the website reosmods.com and lurk in the Reo thread to learn more than you ever wanted to know about them. Just watch out, I hear it's a cult.

It's so funny to me how everyone's taste can be so different. Love smooth criminal, but CWW.. not for me. Same with CPBT that everyone raves about. Yep, I let them (long) steep!

I am reasonably happy with my mods. I have two regulated, and three mechanicals which i use with kicks. All five together cost less than your Reo btw I have had a provari in the past which i sold because i wanted a VW. I have never gone above 10 or 11 watts, nor do i intend to so there is no benefit really to buying a higher wattage model.

I was considering a Reo solely because of the dripper factor. I like the taste, but hate the inconvenience of drippers. I had heard that Reo might have a vv or vw model, but couldn't find one on the site.

I guess i could be on the lookout for a second hand vv reo i suppose ! i prefer vw, but it wouldn't kill me to do a little math and conversion

I may be in the minority here, but I like Mango Lassi and Lemon Cream better FOOB than steeped. I haven't tried the other two.

No but I do not like Melon Vapes. I went and looked after asking you and put Coconut, Lime in the search and got nothing except SOP.
I am thinking about both Mojito (Rum and Mint) and Summer Tide (Mango Coconut)
I thought Mojito would have Lime in it but it is not in the description. When I get my coupon code I am def getting SOP and then either Moj or S Tide

Chanelvaps, the Mojito definitely has lime in it. It is great! It's got more oomph than the other fruity vapes, I think.

I joined the masses today when my 30ml bottle of Caramel Wildwood arrived in the mail. I am going to wait my customary 3 weeks before I even get into it. This will make only my second bottle of AHL tobacco. I am fond of MOV and TPR for tobacco until now. Really joined the masses because my sample is Bobo Tea w/coconut. LOVE all things AHL coconut and speaking of which I LOVE Son of a Peach

I hear you. I just felt some of the expressions of guilt about taking advantage of sales a little unusual. And some of the adjectives used to describe Vlad, a little over the top. Nonetheless, if you felt there was an implied comparison to a supreme leader and his grateful subjects, I apologize. Wrong analogy. As I mentioned earlier though, because of my past experiences, I am a little sensitive to that kind of stuff, and some of the sentiments expressed here brought back memories.

I understand what you mean about the sales and the samples. Some people never request a free sample. I always do. It's a great way to try a new flavor and 9 times out of 10 it means I'll be ordering it in a larger bottle. It's a great marketing tool to get people to try a flavor that they wouldn't buy since they aren't sure if they'll like it or not.

I do call Wlad a wizard. There is just such a big difference between juice and flavoring created by a mixologist and juice from a Mom & Pop shop using commercial flavoring. If I wanted commercial flavors I'd be making my own juice. Ahlusion's flavors are perfect for me and fit my taste. But that doesn't mean that they are for everyone. The main thing is finding what works for you. Even if it's from another vendor.

Caramel pear black tea is my new favorite. I love fruity type juices but none I have tried could ever hit that spot that tobacco juices can so my ADV have always been tobaccos. This juice hits that spot!!

Lol, May, that was hilarious. And you just described why I haven't bothered to check out any of the vape stores in Anchorage. I can imagine what they are like. We're more informed than their usual customer and we're used to finding the best prices on gear.

Is mellon masquerade a known tank cracker? Just loaded up my kayfun in plastic tank mode and as im enjoying its mellony goodness im thinking there is alot of honeydoo flavor. Id read somewhere that flavor can crack tanks. Thoughts?

None of Ahlusion's flavors are tank crackers as long as the tank is made from food grade plastic. I've never had any flavor cause a problem in a tank or EVOD.

Cherry Cola! It is best when fresh. It can lose the bubbly taste as it steeps. I love all of them FOOB. Lemon Cream has more lemon taste when fresh. Mango Lassi you might want to steep for a week or 2 since you haven't tried it before. Bananas Foster will go straight in a tank tomorrow. I sure hope my order arrives or I'll have to wait until after the 4th.

Tried Sasperilla with no steep. Really strange experience with this one. Had in a Kayfun and at first it tasted like some sort of medicine. I considered just dumping the tank and coming back to it i a couple of weeks. Anyway i took a few more hits and began to absolutely LOVE IT. Finished that tank and two more before i had the discipline to let the remainder steep for a while. I think this could become my all time favorite flavor. Oh by the way its 50/50 at 6mg and sweetened.

I really like them. I ordered 4 flavors, so far I've tried 3. Peach, Chai Tea Latte, Chocolate Almond, and Chocolate Cream.

The chai tea latte I didn't like at first....but after dripping about 1-2ml it REALLY grew on me !!!

The peach and chocolate almond both very true to their description, both very good!

A few things I've observed about ahlusion:

1) They specialize in complex blends, something that is difficult and both commendable.

2) Their flavors and descriptions are very accurate....something not always found in the e-liquid vendor world!

3) Their flavors are subtle, and "genuine" or "authentic" tasting.

The opposite of ahlusion would be your e-liquid vendor that specializes in SIMPLE, BASIC e-liquids, is hit or miss, has strong flavors but cheap tasting. I've experienced a few vendors like this....and I"m glad to say ahlusion is the OPPOSITE! Definitely will order again

None of Ahlusion's flavors are tank crackers as long as the tank is made from food grade plastic. I've never had any flavor cause a problem in a tank or EVOD.

That is wonderful news! I have a Taifun (and I want a Kayfun) but I have held off buying any more RBA's with plastic tanks because I love tank cracking juice.

I enjoy VWW at all stages. From 1 minute from the mail box to 6 months. I just love it
