So whats this coupon code?

About 2 to 3 weeks after you order Ahl will send you an email for feedback on your order. Whether you reply or not they include a code worth 15% off your next order. Codes are good for 15 days, can not be used more than once, and can not be transferred to someone else. You need to be logged in to your account to use it. If there is a sale currently going on it will automatically show in your cart; you can select "change code" (or something like that) where you can type (or copy/paste) your feedback coupon code. It will take the original sale discount off the total then take your 15% off that. That's what we are calling "stacking" our coupon codes.

Well, maybe all the Boba's lovers should let them know. I submitted a ticket earlier, explaining I just got Boba Tea (10 ml sample) and absolutely love it. Was planning on ordering a bigger bottle with my next order. Received a reply from Ally:

"Hello Cathy,

We are temporarily out of some flavors and we're also reorganizing our listings. Any flavor not currently listed will either be available shortly, or it will be removed.

Any flavor/listing on which we do not get more than 1% feedback is also removed; right now I do not have any specifics on what's staying or being crossed off - which includes Boba Tea (or any unlisted flavor).

So maybe we can save it???????? Don't know, just passing on what info I received. Love the quick response, and was not all negative.... Guess we do need to send our feedback, if nothing else flavors we like and LOVE!!!!

So weird that they discontinue in this manner. Most places give you a head-up that certain products are going bye-bye. Why can't they just do that, and let folks do a final stock-up?

So lets change his perception, call email everyday 3x a day if need be. Look I could lecture and rant about this and that, but obviously Wlad is gonna have to figure this out the hard way. There must be some logic behind the 1% feedback thing that I don't understand. Why wouldn't they go by sales instead of feedback? I thought the feedback was meant to modify a person's personal profile so future juice orders can be made to a person's specific tastes. That would mean there would more feedback on juices that people think needs to be improved in a certain way, and less feedback for juices that people find perfect as is.

I don't know, their decisions confuse me, but I'd think there's reasons behind them that make sense to them anyways. It's a shame to see them drop flavors that people here love though. I'd be happy to see them be more clear on the website and with their communications with costumers.

I think it means.. the key to being wise, is to not make much sense.

I'll be really sad if I can never get more Boba Tea Coconut! I have been resisting the 25% off sales the last couple of days because I wanted another back up bottle of Boba Tea Coconut. Need to check my stash, but I usually only have one or two extra 30 ml. bottles of my favorites. I love Ahlusion but until things get more settled again, it's going to be easier for me to resist buying from them..
